I ended up working with support on this for a few days. The gist of it was that the JSON had somehow become corrupt. We're not sure how, and I just had to re-create the widgets.

I have several dashboards I have collected into a web application for displaying metrics per an Admin request. As this is protected data, I cannot share the dashboards here. I have a group that has two others who can access the dashboards, and some of the widgets are loading fine. However, a lot of the widgets sit and spin forever. The widgets are pulling data from a rest endpoint on my arcgis server. The layer contains about 72,000 features. The widgets are for counts of different attributes, and some of them are not coming through even after 10+ minutes of waiting. Other services that have 48,000 features on the same server are loading. These load fine on my computer. I've got two other people who cannot get the dashboards or application to load. Developer tools in firefox gave me the following error for one of the users: >>>> Application Fatal Error TypeError: d.setEndValue is not a function _updateChart@ <portal URL>/apps/opsdashboard/assets/nickel-538ad2dd3f01cfd97bc8c065f82d70e6.js:1762:8 The console also had an error about running out of memory. I'm not sure why this is doing this. Any ideas? Image attached. Data that is not loading is the same source displaying in the map. Recorded performance for user that couldn't load using developer tools & have profile export attached as a JSON if this helps.

I have a label service published to ArcGIS server that I consume in a number of web applications. I had recently created a new identical service to replace the old one. I have checked and rechecked, and as far as I can tell, both are identical. When I add the new service into any web application, the labels appear blocky, and have white space around the edges. They do NOT have a halo around them, but it almost appears like they have a pixelated one. It makes them very hard to read. Picture attached. I've also attached a screenshot of the original service for comparison. Anyone know why it would appear blocky and how to fix it? I republished the service and recreated the cache, and still have the same issue. UPDATE: After republishing my layers service 4 times, the last time removed the blocky look around the letters and returned to normal. I do not know what caused this or how it was fixed.

Just as a reply to my first comment, I ended up creating an Arcade expression to concatenate the Http:// protocol onto each web address, and it ended up working fine after that.

Your question got me looking at the web addresses, and creating an arcade expression to concatenate the http / https onto the addresses fixed my issue. Thanks for the boost!

I just ran into this issue, and I was wondering if this was a organization security setting. I am working in two AGOL accounts. One is my own that I administer, and I have no problems with the pop up URLs, they work as they should (i.e. I create a custom popup and specify an attribute as my website link, & voila! popup has a nice link to an outside URL that works fabulously). The second AGOL account is for an organization and I am a user who can create web maps. But creating a popup with a custom website URL results in it appending the organizations portal URL to the beginning of whatever website I have in my attributes. i.e. "www.google.com" in the attributes becomes "<organization>.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/www.google.com" My only guess is that it is a security setting... Since I do not administer the second account, they are asking what setting they need to fix in order for the popup URLS to work properly. Anyone have any ideas?

I am definitely going to familiarize myself with the Json file. It won't let me copy the 2nd portion of the file, but I will definitely look at it. I am still learning the lingo, so yes, we are hosting the services from ArcGIS Server, using them in the agol web map, and making an app from that web app. The UI has frozen on AGOL - I cannot even add a new query or edit an existing query. I'm concerned as to why both Query widgets on two separate web apps might have suddenly become "corrupt.' The only option I have on the UI side is to remove the widget entirely, and that terrifies me as I spent hours building those queries.

Thank you for that reply, it sounds very useful. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the json file should look like. We host the app on our own server, but so far, all changes have been made on AGOL. If I have to download the app to put onto the server, and no changes have been made, why would the Query Widget suddenly become corrupt? I am very new to the developer side of things, so please bare with me.

I have a question regarding the Query Widget on ArcGIS Online. I have two different parcel mapper apps that both have a query window. The Queries disappeared yesterday from the websites, and whenever I try to access them in the WebApp Builder, they widget is frozen and will not let me do anything except close the widget window. The Query Widget has traditionally been incredibly slow, but now I cannot access it at all, and my users are screaming bloody murder. I have 4 queries in my subscription parcel viewer, and 6 in my free viewer, and they took a while to build, so I really, REALLY, don't want to loose them. Any ideas?

It's a very simple expression that concatenates the year with the tax total on the same line DELINQUENT TAXES: $feature.OT_1YA+": $"+$feature.OT_1YA_TOTAL In my testing, it appears that any use of the custom expressions is causing this issue.

Just to preface this, please bear with me as my supervisor took a new job and left me with a online subscription parcel website that is built as a WebApp on AGOL. He built it and rolled it out without testing to the public at the beginning of the year, and now I am trying to get updates to make it more user friendly. IT is meant to replace our old system that the public used to access our tax and assessment data. I am still learning the ins and outs as he didn't leave documentation or involve anyone else in design and development. My issue is that the popups are not displaying certain fields when someone searches for a particular parcel in the search box. In this particular instance, the Delinquent Tax fields. I have 8 fields that are combined using an expression on the popup configuration. It pulls the data from CAMA (our assessment program) and it is joined to our parcels. It looks should like this: DELINQUENT TAXES 2017: $#### 2016: $#### 2015: $#### DELINQUENT TAXES: TOTAL: $#### The years and the amounts are actually automatically calculated and pulled from SQL. If a parcel doesn't have delinquent taxes, it should still show the years, as below: DELINQUENT TAXES 2017: $ 2016: $ 2015: $ DELINQUENT TAXES: TOTAL: $ When someone searches by the unique parcel ID, the fields come up as blank. It looks like this: DELINQUENT TAXES : $ : $ : $ DELINQUENT TAXES: TOTAL: $ If someone clicks on the parcel, the fields are populated correctly, and it looks like the first example. Why would the popups be different based on the way a parcel is located? If the Tax Collectors and assessors who use this site search by a parcel, they are going to believe there are no delinquent taxes, and that could cause huge issues. We've tested this, and it appears to be doing the same thing when we search / click on other parcels. Any suggestions? Update: This seems to related to the custom expressions in the popup configuration that I am using to displaying this data. If I remove them, it appears to be populating when searching, it just looks horrible. In testing this, it does this with any combination of these custom expressions. I've double checked it's doing them as a number instead of a string, and I still had the same result. I do have two other custom expressions that involve other fields, and they seem to be populating fine. Screenshot attached. This is what I see when I open the popup config

The ability to choose which "conflict" to accept as the true change (or none) is excellent, but there is no such ability to do so when there is no conflict - which is troublesome when an error is found by the DBA before a rec & post. For instance, when you get a batch of changes to post from an editor, you must either post ALL changes or post NO changes. This is fine if all the changes are 100% correct, but unfortunately that is not always the case. It would be ideal to be able to select which changes to accept and post (highlight those you wish to post then click post) or select which you want to not post. That way the entire batch does not have to be 100% correct before a post, and you can send those which require reworked back to the editor but still get a majority of the updates pushed ASAP and not have to wait for the 5 out of 150 that are incorrect to be corrected first.
