Hi Gordon, It depends on what the API returns. If it's a simple response (ie. geocoding result from a geocoder/locator for example what3words), then you can use the pulldata@ function to implement it. If the response is more complex (eg. a JSON), you need to parse that (using a JavaScript code) to be able to add the values to the required fields in your form. I hope this helps.

Hi @CU-KeithJones If you mean the URL of the web app included in the notification email above, there is a Help article on URL parameters that explains how to use them and what parameters you can include. I hope this helps. Zoltan

Hi @MiltonSolano Thanks for the update. I just had a look and it does work for me again now. For the record, these things don't just stop and then magically start working again, it must have been fixed. I just hope that the upcoming AGOL update won't break things again... Edit: AGOL was updated last night which must've fixed the GA tracking issue.

@MiltonSolano: Can you try the below and let me know the results? - Check if you can Clone your site in Hub. Link (This fails for me.) - Create a new dummy/test Site and check if your GA Tracking ID is honoured. (It is for me.) It would really help my ticket with Support if you could let me know. Thanks! Zoltan @Anonymous User: just linking you up with this in case you have any suggestions to try.

Oh yes, just checking those too Milton mentioned and they don't work either. Neither the text nor the link is honoured...

Hi Brian, The Hub site is for a confidential project so it's not publicly available. I have logged a ticket with the support team so hopefully we can get to the bottom of the issue.

This update seems to have broken the Google Analytics part in the Settings. My GA tracking ID I previously added is now gone from the field and even if I update it again and Save/Publish, it is not honoured...

Hi Helen By default, only new records submitted are captured by the webhook. If you need it to be triggered when a submitted record is edited too, you can enable/change that on the specific webhook. You need to go to the survey123 website and log in to your AGOL account. Under 'Webhooks' you need to enable the 'Existing record edited' option. Make sure that the survey form is updated on the field devices for it to take effect. I hope this helps. Z.

Apologies, the images disappeared from the post (might be to do with some GeoNet updates?) but I have replaced them. You should be able to see that under Step 4, I set it to '0 hours'. I hope this helps.

I'm afraid, yes. The idea above in the thread is "under consideration" so hopefully this comes in a future release.

Hi John, The Enterprise version of the webhook guide is yet to be authored as I'm very busy with project work recently, so everything else is put on hold at the moment. Also, our Enterprise/Portal environment will be moved (and upgraded to 10.7.1) to a new host so I cannot really play around with webhooks right now (as the main focus on consolidating and migrating existing services). You have 2 options: - If you have an AGOL organisation account, you can connect to your hosted (or SDE) feature services in Portal. You probably need to do some updates to your existing surveys (if any) so you can use the existing FS (you connect to in AGOL) in your surveys. Then you can use MS Flow and it's existing Survey123 connector to log in to AGOL and author your flows. (As mentioned above by Ismael, there is no feature report generation available in Flow - and by the sound of it it will not come to that platform as it is very hard to implement. You can create a custom workflow to populate a Word template with the submitted survey data in Flow, but it may require Premium connectors not included in the standard O365 business plans.) - There is documentation available on how to create and configure your webhooks manually in Enterprise/Portal and send the payload to Flow/etc. to use in your workflows. I'm afraid I cannot help with that at the moment, but Esri Support should be able to do so if you get stuck. NB: you need to be a Portal admin to create and configure webhooks in Enterprise/Portal. Creating webhooks in there is a manual process at the moment and I hope the guys at Esri are working on a more user-friendly option... Enterprise Help section for webhooks: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/users-groups-and-items/create-webhooks.htm Related ArcGIS API section: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/users-groups-and-items/create-webhooks.htm I hope this helps. Zoltan

Survey123 is slightly off topic here, but here goes as this partially applies to Collector too... You can publish your feature services (for Collector) or Survey123 surveys to Portal if you have one. That should have backup options set up by your IT/GIS Admin if you're using SDE to store your data. If you're using AGOL or hosting your data in Portal (w/o SDE) to store your data, you can export your data any time you want by going to the feature service's item page and click on the Export button. This can be automated via a Python script using the ArcGIS API (so you can log in to AGOL/Portal, get your FS, create a replica, download it and then delete the replica from AGOL/Portal so it won't take up space) and the script could be set up to run as a scheduled task - every day/week/month/etc. Your Survey123 forms are always uploaded & saved to AGOL/Portal and you should be able to download them any time you want. This obviously doesn't solve your issue of offline backups from your devices, but the idea behind these apps was that at some point you connect to WiFi/mobile internet and sync your edits back (to AGOL or Portal). Your best approach to get your ideas across to the dev team is if you log them on the ideas website and get people to promote them. 😉 If your master forms and other data are crucial to operations (and why they wouldn't be), your organisation needs to spend some time and money to implement backups for those. I hope this helps.

Yes, it's via a PC. I haven't tried a fully offline workflow as I never had the need. It should be OK on Android as you can copy files to/from SD card and/or USB sticks easily - internal naming is a different matter. iOS doesn't support OTG USB - or at least not without special cables/USB sticks. Then there is the issue of browsing and copying content to the USB stick due to sandboxing (you cannot access the full file system). I hope this helps.

Hi Joseph, Not sure how you would access iOS content using Python to be honest. I did a google search but couldn't find any Python module that would allow browsing content on iOS devices. This may have to do with the way iOS is architected: you don't have access to the entire file system by default. It is called sandboxing and is for security reasons: no app (or its data or files) can directly communicate with another app (with some exceptions of course) and use information/data from them. Most 3rd party desktop apps that allow browsing iOS content rely on iTunes to do this. (iTunes includes a type library that you could use to access its object model after you imported it into your C++ project for example.) I think your first hurdle wold be actually accessing folders/files on iOS devices. After that, there would be the issue of identifying the correct local Collector folder you need for each project - they seem to be named with a unique id (starting with the AGOL username, followed by possibly the replica ID generated by the API) instead of a readable name that may make it hard to programme... Anyway, if you find a way to do it in Python it would be great to see how you achieved it. I hope this helps. Zoltan

I have exactly the same problem, I can do this in ArcMap but not in Pro (v2.4). I'd love to have the same functionality in ArcGIS Online too as this limits usage and prevents us to be fully digital...
