Hi @AmyRoust, You should be able to include the signature question in the report template with ${signature question name}. If you go to the quick reference option that's available when you export your report and then click on the signature question in the left hand column, there will be a few examples of the report syntax for that question. Thanks, - Barbara

@GarrettRSmith, yes it appears that this is the only way to unlock the schema when there are views that participate in joins (also see the last section of this blog). You could also check in with the ArcGIS Online Community. Thanks, - Barbara

Hi @Anonymous User, It's not possible to reference an existing feature service using Survey123 web designer. Here's the documentation for how to do this in Connect (note that the web designer tab is greyed out). https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/survey123withexistingfeatureservices.htm Thanks, -Barbara

Hi @bsklaohfl, It looks like the problem is in the where clause. Try changing concat("Station Name=",${Station_Name},"'") to concat("Station_Name='",${Station_Name},"'") The field name has an underscore in the feature layer, and there also needs to be a single quote before the double quote so the value for ${Station_Name} will be wrapped in single quotes. Thanks, -Barbara

Hi @mrobar, The _stakeholder view that's automatically generated by the Survey123 website was renamed to the _results view in the Survey123 3.16 October Update. There wasn't any functionality change, it was only a rename. If you look at the What's New in Survey123 archive, you'll see the change noted under the 3.16 October Update. Thanks, -Barbara

Hi @Bec, Deleting the feature service in the survey folder and republishing would re-create the feature layer. You could also save a new version of the survey with the 'Save as' option in the Connect gallery. Also, for reference, this table explains which edits will cause an existing feature service to be overwritten on republish from Connect. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/updatesurvey.htm Thanks, -Barbara

Hi @GarrettRSmith, If your feature layer has view layers that participate in joins, this could cause schema locking. This article may be a useful reference: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/uncategorized/bring-your-data-closer-together-save-analysis-results-from-join-features-as-hosted-feature-layer-views/. The 'Things to consider' section mentions the schema locking behavior. Thanks, -Barbara

Glad that worked! The operator for not equals is '!='. There is also a table in the Survey123 Report template documentation that includes all the operators you can use for a conditional section.

Hi @ScottStepro1, Have you tried entering the parent layer question into the calculation column of the repeat question? For example enter ${T4CRouteID} into the calculation column for the T4RouteID_ question? This should populate new repeats with the values from the parent layer, even when using the inbox and when using the search appearance. -Barbara

Hi @StevenHughes44, You could do this by using a conditional report element and the format method to return the year. For example: ${if (date1 |format:”YYYY”)==”9999”} A year of 9999 was entered. ${/} Thanks, -Barbara
