Currently, it is not possible to display UTC dates in a local time zone when working with a time enabled ArcGIS Online Hosted Feature Layer in ArcGIS Pro. This functionality should be enabled.

I'm trying to set up our first search however I'm getting an error message which I can't figure out. I've set up the portal within the datasource and the service of interest within that. I've tried both the default popup configuration and the custom one. However I get the following error message: What am I missing to make this work?? It would be really useful to create organisation wide bookmarks which are then inherited by each map within the Local Maps gallery. This will save us having to re-create the bookmarks every time we make a new map and also gets around the fact that our users can't keep their self generated bookmarks due to it being stored against the browser rather than the user (this is wiped every time they leave the browser).

Hi David Runneals, thanks for your post. We have a truncate/append process that updates data that we are hoping to share with a Collaboration. Could you clarify what you mean by 'DOES NOT support?' - does the process break completely or just take a long time to sync following a truncate/append operation on the data? Thanks in advance.

I am experiencing an issue with the indexing process on the open data site. When attempting to refresh a dataset or an item the 'Processing started...' pop-up box appears but the processing does not ever seem to successfully complete and the box does not disappear (I have left it indexing for up to an hour for a single, small dataset on one occasion). I have not noticed any refresh occurring for the data in the site that I am attempting to index so am suspicious that the process is not working properly. Additionally, I have been experiencing a few problems on our site that I think a refresh would solve (e.g. download stuck on 'gathering data' or newly updated data not appearing in the site). However the refresh/indexing process does not make any difference in regards to these problems. Thanks, Ella

I checked my server log and there were a few errors. I haven't had a chance to look into them yet but I would be very interested to know if you are experiencing the same... Thanks Daniel, there are severe errors in the server logs I can investigate further. The first error listed crops up often, despite all the attributes containing valid geometries. Error: The operation was attempted on an empty geometry Failed to rename cache folder. Method failed.HRESULT = 0x80070057 : The parameter is incorrect. Hi Daniel, thank you very much for resolving this issue and your responsiveness throughout. fgdb downloads are now working for me from hosted feature layers. Recently I have noticed capability for users to download as fgdb from registered feature services, when attempting to download I get that same error: "Status: An error occurred. Download failed."
