I'll have to look into it when I'm back at work myself. That doesn't sound like very logical behaviour.

@ChrisDunn1 I'll have to try getUser($layer) out. Thats one I have a whole separate piece of code for that returns either 1, 2 or 3 names from a username because getUser() doesn't work (though trying to remember if there was something related to Offline maps in there as well).

This sounds more like a bug, and considering how well the last round of updates went, it's quite possible it is. I'd suggest reaching out to Esri Support with this one and get it raised, or get yourself added to the BUG if it has already been discovered. I've been talking with them today on other topics post AGOL & Field Maps update and possibly found another BUG related to smart forms, attachments and offline maps.

In ArcGIS Online, when you look at an items Usage page (Requests), it defaults to requests made of that item within the last 24 hours. I frequently want to see that data over weeks or months. Upon changing the specified timeframe though, there is no clear indicator showing that the data is still loading or has finished loading - the chart sometimes goes blank and sometimes (like in my example below - usually just after opening) it continues to show the "No usage data" message (in this case for about 18 seconds). It also continues to show the same number of item views previously returned. If this was only a couple of seconds, it wouldn't be a problem, but it can take quite a while for this data to refresh, and when I'm jumping between tabs and checking multiple items, I tend to mistake these as final stats before doing a double take. IDEA: Add a loading symbol to the display on the Item > Usage > Requests page (in the chart space) when it is still recalling the required statistics.

I actually just came to Community to ask part of what you've asked (and likely still will but will cross post here). I've just been experimenting with grouped layers with exclusive visibility, but it seems that regardless of if the group is turned off, if the sublayers are turned on then they still appear in the list of feature types that can be created. At first I assumed it was a recent change (bug) that affected all layers, then after reading your post, I checked and can confirm that the visibility of layers not within a group are still honoured in whether they appear in the Collect features list or not. Likewise, if a sub-layer is turned off (regardless of whatever the group is doing) then it too disappears from the Collect features list (as it should). In summary - it seems that the group layer visibility is not flowing through to the Collect feaures list. I've decided to lodge this one with Esri Support as a BUG and hope it gets a fix soon.

I can't see if I'm doing anything wrong, or if this is expected behavior (and Field Maps is not at parody with Map Viewer and Experience Builder). I have set a group layer to use Exclusive Visibility in the Map Viewer, and it works as desired. It also works as expected in Experience Builder (left) but not in Field Maps (right). It seems that the layers in Field Maps are still functioning as independently visible, and the bottom one is on by default (when it should be the top one as shown above and in ExB). P.S. Yes, I am using the latest version of the app and it's on an Android Galaxy Tablet and Phone.

No I haven't engaged them yet. It was something I was (barely) content with living with for now (due to reasons that aren't related to the software itself - work politics). When things change on the home front down the track and this gets traction again, I will likely either reach out for support then or encourage whoever takes ownership of this stuff to do so.

In ArcGIS Online, feature symbology can be driven by Arcade expressions reading feature attributes, but not labels. IDEA: Add option to use arcade to dynamically set labelling properties (like text colour) based on attributes against a feature (e.g. a colour hex code). USE CASE: I'm setting up a Personal Markup layer where the annotations created by the user persist between sessions (Text/Markers/Lines/Areas) and aren't lost as soon as the map viewer is closed or refreshed. Currently, I can create a domain in a point layer (where the point symbol itself is invisible and only the label is visible) with a list of predetermined colours stored as hex values (e.g. Black = 000000) but I can't dyanmically pull that value into the label formatting. Instead I have to setup different label classes using filters for each colour.

I know it doesn't seem right, but just can't make those connections stick for some reason. We do have a service account running, but our IT team haven't assigned it to myself or the person who was in the Survey1232 dev space - they're keeping control of it. Thus, any flow we create is saved against our account and shared with the service account. The IT guy then logs in and updates the email function to use the Service Accounts credentials instead of ours (as we can't send emails on behalf of anyone else). Ideally, the service account would be handed over to myself and/or the Survey123 dev to create the flows in from the get go.

Thankfully the account still had the flow saved within it (account was just deactivated - not deleted). Once active again, in Power Automate there is a "Save As" option for flows shared with me. So thats what I did. Save As > updated the Survey123 connection to use my admin account and I think I also had to reset all the dynamic content, but at least the original placeholders were still there to reference (just not linking to the source content properly). Will reply to the Service Account bit below @abureaux's reply.

@JodyZhengLiu I never replied here but for the benefit of others, no, the field is meant to record the value just like any other field (not a null field). I did email you a copy of my xls as well. Hopefully it's proving useful.

Just been trawling through posts trying to find "best practice" type content. Still not very confident with anything related to Power Automate. We recently had someone depart who had a flow setup with Power Automate and Survey123. The Survey was in her AGOL account (which was still active but disabled) but as soon as her Micrsoft account was disabled by IT post contract finish date, the flow failed. IT reactivated the account, we found the flow and got it running again, but to keep it running I had to change ownership of the Survey to my admin account and then recreated the flow in my PA account too (so her account could be deactivated again). On top of this, I'm still finding that each flow connecting to Survey123 requires a separate connection - you can't reuse a previous connection (even if it says you can and have) - the flows just don't run.
