1) Yes, I used Connect to update the survey. 2) The names are: LED Light Change Out (original, existing HFS) and LED Lights (new HFS). I did change the title when doing the update. I thought I was just changing the title on the survey, and not creating a new HFS. 3) I updated the existing survey. I added some questions and added more options in one of the dropdown lists. Here are pictures of the data tabs. I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I found it interesting. (old version) (new version) It looks like the data table is still the same name, but the "old" version is being updated while the "new" one is not. When I looked at the form in AGOL, the area under 'Layers' is blank. Does that mean the form isn't pointing to a HFS? If I were to update the survey (using Connect) again and change the name back to LED Light Change Out, do you think the form would update the questions and go back to using the original HFS?

I needed to update my existing survey to help clarify some of the data I had been receiving. Before I published the survey again, I had completed the backup/export of existing data as suggested. Once the new survey had been published, the name of my hosted feature layer had changed. I imported the existing data back into the new(-ish) survey and thought everything had worked as expected. But, now I have two hosted feature layers in the same survey folder in ArcGIS Online. When I look at the Survey123 site, it only shows the data for the new HFL. When I look at the old HFL in AGOL, I can see that data is still being submitted to it. How did I end up with a new HFL with a new name? How can I turn off the ability to submit to the old HFL without turning off the ability to submit to the updated survey?

Well, I just tried Appending the data through the table on the Data tab and it worked like a charm!

That's totally awesome! I've been looking forward to trying this all weekend! But, now that I have, I get this error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object I don't see anything in the match fields dialogue where I would set the object reference. What am I missing?

I set up a test survey to try out Survey123 by itself and in conjunction with Workforce. During the test phase, I received several good suggestions for the Survey questions and created a new survey to incorporate them. Now, I have a working final version Survey with good data and a few (68) good survey points in the test data. What is the best way to move the good data in the test survey version to the final survey version? The fields aren't exactly the same, so a straight-up copy/paste isn't going to work. (Can I even do that with hosted feature layers in AGOL?) I can re-create the surveys in the new form. They aren't long surveys, but it will still take an hour or so. And then my survey point on the map will be in the wrong location. But, I suppose I could manually move the points to the proper locations... Any other possibilities I haven't thought of? Which method would be the safest and easiest?

I'm having this problem also, in both Workforce and Survey123. All of my webapps seem to be coming through properly, though. I've tried in both Chrome and IE. IE shows a blank area for the map in the 'Data' tab of Survey123 and appears to be working properly in Workforce. Glad to hear that ESRI is already on the problem!

Have you been able to resolve this issue? I, too, cannot see any feature layers in the Collector app when using an Android phone. Collector maps work fine on iPads and Surface tablets.

Thanks, James! It works perfectly now! Regarding the @ symbol comment.... Does that mean there are more things than bullets we can do with 'appearance'? Is there a list somewhere, or is it the same as the list in Survey123Connect?

I am trying to print all selections from a multiple choice survey question into a custom report form. I've read the blog and compared it to the hint on the Survey123 Data page, but am still unable to get my selected items to print with a checkbox beside the selected items. I've got the selected items to print as a list with commas. I've got the list to print as a bulleted list. But I can't get the checkboxes to print. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? the above code gets the below error. whereas, this code works fine, but doesn't print anything with checkboxes.

This morning, I tried to uninstall Survey123. It crashed, so I went in and manually deleted the folder. Then I ran a search and deleted everything else I could find in other folders related to Survey123. After a restart, I reinstalled the software. It is now working for me. Still not sure what the problem was, but a complete uninstall and reinstall seems to have fixed it.

Is there a systems requirements page to tell which graphics cards work with Survey123? I've updated my graphics cards (and the BIOS) but am still getting the black and white blocky window.

Is it possible to have an easy-to-use button show up in Collector after submitting data to return the field worker to Workforce? Something similar to the "Collect at Assignment" that comes up when you start an assignment?
