Hi Doug, Yes you can switch logins between different accounts.  Note that surveys that have been published in one account are hidden while logged in as another user; all surveys that are on your computer are shown when you are logged out. Hi Tony, Can you check what his user role in the organization is?  Can you attempt to record a log of him submitting data and forward it (see Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS for instructions- if you don't have AppStudio they are saved to a file on the device (<user home>/ArcGIS/AppStudio/Logs folder)?  That would be helpful in diagnosing the issue.  If you need further assistance in getting this solves, I'd also recommend opening an issue with Esri Technical Support. ... The 'hanging' off the application is most likely due to a network connection error that the application is not properly exiting out of; as mentioned in the Github Survey123 Community #604, this might be due to spotty network connections, or other network issues.  This is best debugged with Esri Technical Support; alternatively, if you create a diagnostic log Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS (which Technical Support may ask you to do), the particular action failing can be identified. ...
