Hi Tony, It is technically possible to retrieve the databases off the device manually and then process them together; we view this as more of a failure recovery procedure than a normal operational workflow because you add a lot of additional costs in terms of data management and operational downtime to receive/process the information. Given the concern about sensitive data, what's the storage environment for the data after reception look like?  I would think a DBMS would be the preferable option to manage data access and integrity. Hi David, Survey123 only supports a tiled basemap, not additional operational layers.  Reference layers could be included in the basemap, but they would not reflect any changes in updates after the tile is created.  In your example, we could include grid boundaries for map reference, but if styled by status, only the status at the time of baseman creation would be reflected. james ... Hi Carmel, For select_one and select_multiple question types, the value(s) stored will always be the name value of the option.  The label value is what is displayed in the collection application; Survey123 actually supports multiple labels for a value (multi-lingual support), so that can actually change from user to user on the same form when that form is designed for multiple languages. james ...
