Currently you cannot rename the parent table of a survey directly. What you could do is use the 'create a new survey' option of the survey to create a duplicate with the table name you want. This is actually the safer option for this change- a table rename would require deletion of existing data on a republish if we supported it.

At this point, that would need to be a custom widget within the Ops Dashboard Framework. One way would be to load the layer/selection set values, and create a dictionary with key:value being <term>:[<itemIDs>]. This would make getting a graph pretty easy, as it is the length of the array of itemIDs, and allows for quick selection of the items with the appropriate IDs.

What you are seeing is a type mismatch between the the values generated in the first select_one (dpas) and select_one_externals that occurs after the first. remove the dpa=${dpa} component of the ranges and sections choice filter - from looking at the structure of the data, no ambiguity is created by it's removal, yes?

Hi, that is understandable, though a difficult problem to solve across all collection conditions. The problem we have is creating an ID that we can guarantee is unique, even when multiple devices are possibly used by the same user (for example, if an inspector conducts a survey on one day with a tablet that later breaks and then received a new tablet with the survey loaded previously and is offline - how would we know the values needed to provide an ID that is unique?) That being said, we are looking at what options we can support through Survey123.

We have this logged as an issue and will be working to fix it. IN the mean time, you can use the html representation of less than ( < ) and get the symbol. Refer to HTML Symbols for that and other symbols!

Hi Andrew, The objected and globalid fields are accounted for automatically by Survey123. Are the field names as expressed by the feature service identical to the naming of the fields (questions) in the form? What is the configuration of your Server?

Hi Evgeny, Do you have a sense of how long your survey creation lasted or at what point it stopped saving (you might have that based on the last question that was saved)?

Hi Dikla, As you noted, each entry submitted to by survey123 is automatically given an objectid - this is a required field used internally by the database and generally is not a best practice to treat as a unique ID as it could change as data is copied across different DB systems. It's also not a best practice to have manual entry of a unique id; the chances for the same value being submitted by 2 different people is much higher than the results generated by uuid functions. You mention that the identifier generated by uuid is too long- what is the issue involved that has a length requirement for the id?

You've collected your data using Survey123 for ArcGIS, what's next? There are several ways the Survey123 website can help you analyze and visualize the results of your survey. The Analyze tab enables some great reporting capabilities that help you review, understand, and interpret your survey results. It provides some simple, but very powerful reporting tools such as making charts, word clouds, etc. These tools can help you better interpret your survey results. Viewing Results - The Analyze tab At the Analyze tab of a survey, you can view the aggregate results of your survey- each question, aside from image questions, will display a chart. Depending on the data type, the charts available will be different: Text (free text): The most common words by count will be displayed as a word cloud (requires at least 20 entries) Single Choice Questions: Column, Bar, and Pie charts, as well as a map color-coded by answer Multiple Choice Questions: Column, Bar Date questions: Histogram Printing From the Analyze tab, you can print your entire survey summary results as a PDF file. You can alternatively hide questions from your report using the 'Visibility' setting. When ready to print, use the 'Print Current View'; if your browser supports PDF generation, you can then save the result to a PDF file. With the latest update to the Survey123 website we also have enabled the printing of individual responses. In the 'Data' tab is now the option to view the details of a response. From there you can print that detail or save as a PDF file. What will we improve? Looking forward, an area we are working on is providing additional capabilities to filter survey data totals to be able to see statistics based on the values of questions or submission time. We also want to support bulk printing of records. We also want to enable you to share the survey results with groups of people. At the moment, only the owner of the survey can look at the analyze tab. Try out the Analyze tab, Detail view, and printing and let us know what you think!

Yes, the publishing process should be identical between the two portals. You are publishing 2 identical copies of the same survey? There aren't any differences in configuration between the portals? (for example, login process or self-signed certs)

Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. In terms of a workaround,it looks like 2 of your columns are the username (or closely related to the username) and date of the survey- by default, these are collected automatically via the editor tracking feature of the service, so you may not need these questions. It would also be possible to calculate after the fact from either the parent table or non-empty child table using a script and the rowed/parentrowid relationship.
