Hi randee, You can accomplish this change by downloading the Survey123Connect for ArcGIS desktop application, downloading your survey there, and then modifying it by taking off the 'yes' in the required column of the spreadsheet for the zip code question. Note that republishing it will mean that the default web viewer for the form will no longer work; however, a different webform, accessed from the globe icon in Survey123Connect, should work (it's currently under development, but able to handle forms already published via the website).

Hi Charles, Count and Sum functions are in the XLSForm spec (which is what we use as the design specification of Survey123), however they have not been implemented yet in Survey123. The case you described of doing a conditional count (if ${defects}='n', add 1, else add 0) is more complicated; once the sum function is implemented, you could do this by creating an additional calculate question in the repeat that accomplishes the test with a 1/0 result and then sum that question.

Hi randee, What you are showing in the image aren't "old files"- all are current and part of your survey. By item type, they represent: The Form is the file that describes they survey and questions for the web & mobile Survey123 clients The Feature Layer items represent where the survey data is stored. The one that is just (hosted) is the original access point for the data and should be kept private to the author of the survey The one that ends with "_fieldworker" is used as the submitting/editing endpoint - it's what the website and mobile application connect to when filling in the survey The Web Map item is a graphical view of the data you created while or after editing the survey data. It doesn't store the survey data; rather, it accesses the survey data from one of the 2 Feature Layer items mentioned above.

you should see a button marked 'edit' in the map viewer- clicking that will allow you to edit the data. See Edit features—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS for more information.

Hi Charles, To clarify, are you asking for the number of repeats within a form that have an answer of a certain value? If so, we don't have support for that functionality; additionally, I don't think the XLSform specification has a good way to evaluate that- there is a function for to get the answer at a specific repeat number and some functions that are evaluated over repeats, but not one that can pass a function to test at repeats.

If you open the survey in survey123.arcgis.com, go to the 'Data' tab. There you should see a button at the lower left to 'Open in ArcGIS Map Viewer'.

Hi Don, In looking in our development logs, this was addressed as part of the 1.10 release. That being said, I am seeing the error you are with 1.10; it is showing correctly in the 2.0 beta release.

Hi John, Currently this functionality isn't supported within Survey123. Can you elaborate a bit more on how this Reference Number is used? A use case that is problematic to support is sequential numbering- when multiple people are collecting surveys, sequential numbering can't be guaranteed.

Hi Dan, I replied in the original thread - the information on empty values is at Formulas—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS - the string-length function also provides the null check for numerics.

Hi Don, We are purposely not showing surveys that been shared with everyone- doing so will display *all* surveys that have been shared to everyone in ArcGIS Online. We didn't support sharing surveys with everyone until this past fall; to support that the survey123.arcgis.com website provides links to share to your users as opposed to showing all surveys. At our December 2016 (1.10) release, the author of a survey is able to view the survey inside the application, even if it is shared to everyone.

Hi randee, Yes, when only using the web tools, the data of two surveys exist in two separate tables. Depending on the changes intended, you can download the survey into Survey123Connect (the desktop tool), modify and re-upload; note that some changes (adding questions, for example) cannot be done without republishing the survey.
