You can copy the geodatabase annotation using the Select Elements tool on the Draw toolbar and then paste it into the specified map annotation group (set that on the Draw toolbar > Drawing menu > Active annotation target).

At Pro 2.9 we added a copy button to the Summary dialog. you can copy the information out to a word processing app and print from there.

Hi Kerry, I ran the check geometry gp tool on the feature class and it shows that there is incorrect ring ordering. Once I ran the repair geometry gp tool on the feature class everything labelled fine. Wendy

ah - vbscript, jscript and python will respect the field formatting that is set. You're using Arcade (the default label expression language in Pro), which pulls the raw feature and then gets the field value - it doesn't go through the field formatting. This method is better in the long term as it is more portable for the expressions. If you want to switch to a different language you can do that on the Label Class pane on the expression tab - see the help topic referenced above.
