I have the Shape filed visible on all of them. I did a quick check to make sure. For some reason some of them have the Shape field down lower though. I'm not sure how that happened, does the order make a difference? The layer in question has it as the second field and is visible

The time widget was open when I tried this, the other layers are not time aware. Closing the time widget does not make the layer popup either though.

I was attempting to just do a simple popup for a layer in my webmap. I wanted to point out that it is time aware and the time widget is enabled if that has anything to do with it. I tried a point feature popup for testing and it worked fine and so I tried a line feature and it also worked. The only difference appears to be the fact that it is time aware and the time widget is enabled.

I would suggest looking into what San Francisco has done. They have a pretty robust program for curb ramps. There was an article that Esri did a year or so ago but I can't seem to find the article. Department of Public Works : Curb Ramp Program EDIT: I updated this link in response to Micheal's post.

This looks promising, however, I just discovered that they charge for this extension which is disappointing to me. I was looking for an option I could work with in house similar to the LGIM.

Richard, Do you know of a good resource center for this. I'm struggling to find examples of this and don't really know where to look. I found the help section for linear referencing but am surprised that I can't seem to locate a "community" for this. Maybe I should just create a test geodatabase and try to dive in with the help pages. I'm not using a pavement management software so I will have to build everything from scratch using my existing file, similar to the other post you replied to me in.

Thanks for your response. Mine is also separate from the actual centerline for the same reason you pointed out. I used the centerlines to trace so that they match up but that is pretty much it. Some of your other concerns are also the reason I am looking for options. Right now, basically I have multiple lines stacked on top of each other, so you can't really identify the top feature only as this will cause you to miss the underlying layers. We used Cartegraph briefly but I was never familiar with it.

I'm what others are doing to track street maintenance. I looked at some of the templates on here and they just simply don't quite meet my needs. What I want to be able to do is track the maintenance on each street. (I.e. chip sealing, brick repair, pothole repair, mill/overlay, etc.) I want to be able to have a history for each segment/block and easily show planned maintenance as well. I'm using what appears to be a template but I can't remember the source of it. I'm not sure it is the best for what I am doing and was wondering if others had done anything similar.

That being said, the migration wizard Leon mentioned may take care of my issues with constant updating.

Robert, I simply use the model as a guide. I found I needed to make significant changes to it for it to work with my city. And really, who wants to have to change all the domains every time they do an update. If they have a brand new feature class that I need and like the model I may use their schema directly. For the most part I pay little attention to the updates though. Once its established, it's established.

Well, I appreciate your help and understand it is a limitation of the Flex Viewer that could be enhanced only by doing customization, I can make due with the single operational layer for each basemap, it works, its just not as visually appealing.

Ok, I discovered that my Normal template was corrupt so it was not a bug that could be recreated, it was something on my machine, problem solved. Thanks for your help Jeff, Brian and Steven.
