I am attempting to edit a feature class from an ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer.  Lately, I have been having a file read/write error.  It doesn't have an error number it is just shows this:

Failed to create New Feature.
File read/write error occurred. [C:\Users\JOSHWH~1\AppData\Local\Temp\ArcGISProTemp10228\b73644ac32c44be30ffd1f9d5e509c8b_DELTA.gdb\a00000004.gdbtable]

I've searched all over and cannot find this exact issue anywhere.  The only way to fix it is to close my ArcGIS Pro project and reopen it.  Most recently I had the project open overnight but I believe it has happened during the same day as well.  This would make more sense if I was editing an enterprise geodatabase (such as with SDE) but I don't understand why I'm having these issues with AGOL now.  I keep Pro up to date as well.  This is pretty recent so maybe it is a bug in the most recent release?  It doesn't appear that I lost any data fortunately.

I have had the same issue when editing an ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer.

Edit operation failed.
File read/write error occurred. [D:\Users\Anais.Blacklock\AppData\Local\Temp\1\ArcGISProTemp4552\9625a84ff8d9b61883b9a8e2c8735657_DELTA.gdb\a00000004.gdbtable]

Similar to you I cannot find a fix for this other than closing and re-opening the project.

FYI - this issue has only started happening since my organisation migrated our systems to the cloud and I am now working out of a machine in the AWS cloud environment. Not sure if this would have anything to do with it, but I am curious to know if this is a bug or a cloud specific issue.

Anais,

I honestly cannot remember what happened with this but I can tell you, I haven't had this issue for some time.
