I would like to expand the functionality of the Find tool. Basically, what I am requesting is to be able to use a SQL statement in the Find tool. Currently, this can be done by Selecting by Attributes but that has extra steps involved. My example is I want to find a particular lot in a particular block in a particular subdivision. Now, I use the Select by Attributes command and enter the propert SQL statement which works but requires the user to find the layer and zoom to selected rather than just right clicking on a result and panning/zomming to the result. Another option would be to allow the results to appear in the Select by Attributes window.
