@MErikReedAugusta The Console() function can be used to report state when validating expressions. In attribute rules it will log to the debug app log. There isn't any other console in ArcGIS Pro. As for your comment about standardizing the implementation across all places - this is very much our goal and we have a large shared test suite against the implementations. If you have cases where this is not occurring, they should be reported as bugs. If you have additional profiles you'd like to see in places where they're not available, those should be logged as enhancement requests. In terms of the editor experience - we are currently looking into syncing up editor experiences albeit with some differences related to the host applications the editor is used in.

At the ArcGIS Pro 3.3 release we’ve added capabilities to Vary symbology by attribute > Size and Color to account for cases Quantity by Category symbolization handled in ArcMap. Unlike ArcMap, this isn't a specific symbology option. ArcGIS Pro supports numerous multivariate visualization capabilities, so we've updated them to support the full Quantity by Category workflow. For Size: When combining Unique Values symbology with Vary symbology by attribute > Size you can now classify the data instead of using a continuous size variation. When the data is classified, you can choose to Show expanded legend which will show the permutations of each classed size for each unique value. For Color: When combining Unique Values symbology with Vary symbology by attribute > Color you can now classify the data instead of using a continuous size variation. There are two options for how to apply the color scheme: Overwrite all color attributes and Preserve hues only. Use the Preserve hues only option to show color variation for each unique hue of the unique values you have in their map. You can choose to Show expanded legend which will show the permutations of each classed color for each unique value.
