Hi Shravya, Is your ArcExplorer map an NMF file? If it is, is your site set to show all content? The 'All Content' option lets you see ArcGIS content such as NMF files in search results, the gallery, and groups. The default setting, 'Web Content Only' hides ArcGIS files. To switch, click the arrow to the right of Show: Web Content Only at the top of the site, then click All Content from the drop-down list. See Help for details. Publicly shared maps only appear in the map gallery if the editors of ArcGIS.com add them based on a selection process. If you would like the editors to consider your map, send an email to agol_gallery@esri.com with details about your map. Hi Robert, Manage your ArcGIS Online content through the ArcGIS.com Web site. Sign in and you should see your layer package on the My Content page. You won't find layer packages on ArcGIS Explorer Online. The supported types of content are: ArcGIS Server Map, Image, and Feature services. I'm not sure why you are getting that error. Can you give me more details? Have you been able to create other groups? Do you always get this error when working on the URBAN PUBLIC FINANCE....group? Can you try creating the group with just one tag? I see you have a large # and wonder if this is causing issues. Did you type in the description or copy/paste from another program (e.g., Word) Does the description contain any formatting besides bullets What is the file size, type, and dimensions of your image? This looks like the error you get if you try to reuse a group name you've already used to create a group. Your group names need to be unique (to you). There could also be an issue with the characters you've used. Verify that you don't already have a group with the same name. If this group name is unique, can you reply here with the name so we can see if there are any problematic characters?
