Hi @Royce_Simpson, ArcGIS Monitor should report the same CPU host metrics as the CPU performance graph of the host. Can you please share some more details and maybe screenshots of what you're seeing? Which release of ArcGIS Monitor are you using? To confirm, this would be for the same time period/range right? Is this for a Windows or Linux host? Are you only seeing this behavior for a single host, or for all your host machines?

Hi @Royce_Simpson, This is really weird behavior that I haven't seen before. Have you tried clearing the web browser cache and restarting the AM Agent service? To hopefully "reset" Monitor. Hope this helps

UPDATE: The Monitor Dev team just finished work on the patch for BUG-000177693. It is now in final test certification and we expect it to be available by mid to late August. The underlying cause is related to DNS resolution (e.g., nslookup command) on the network, which is assessed when the ArcGIS Monitor software loads. This can be an issue for network environments without DNS or, in some unique network configurations where these DNS resolution commands fail. Hi @AnkitaGawai, Please upgrade to a more current release of ArcGIS Monitor, as v 2023.3.1 is in mature support per the Monitor product life cycle. Many bugs with metric reporting were fixed in the Monitor 2024.x releases, but I recommend that you upgrade to Monitor 2025. Be advised that AM Agents are now required to be installed on hosts where you want to collect data from, starting with the Monitor 2024 release. Hope this helps,
