Hi @HannahSturm, In your second screenshot, it looks like you've configured a notification on a component's metrics. So what you're seeing is expected. I suspect you need to configure your notification to trigger based on an alert becoming active, not on a component metric. What do you want to be notified on? Then can you please share a screenshot of how you've configured the notification?

All, We were able to reproduce and observe this issue at Esri. This is bug with the internal AM database reference for the metrics, which got messed up when upgrading to Monitor 2025.0. We do have a fix and this will be included as part of the ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1 release, coming in November. Hope this helps,

There used to be an issue related to passwords that contained an ampersand back in the Monitor 2023 release, but to my knowledge this was addressed. What do you mean by functionality matrix? In general, ArcGIS Monitor collects data on a variety of metrics from different assets in an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment.
