EDIT: To clarify, the Attribute table will not show metrics over a time range, only the top 10 most requested services. In this case, in the last 30 days (because of the dataview query). Hi @AntheaTung, Another metric to consider is the Requests Failed - which shows the total number of failed service requests on a service component. This is anther indicator that something might not be working correctly with the service. Hope this helps,

At the ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1 release, a Check-Service observer was introduced. This observer allows a Representational State Transfer (REST) request to be configured against a registered service component, which enables admins to apply requests to monitor a variety of scenarios. This blog discusses 3 example use cases for using the Check-Service observer to apply some simple health and performance tests against a service component. The use cases are: Test to check features in a feature service Test response time for an export map operation on a map service Test for a specific response from a feature service (to check data integrity) The intention is to illustrate the potential of the Check-Service observer to help admins test health and performance of Monitor service components. It is possible to create a table showing the top 10 most requested services with the Table element in analysis views. And the workflow you shared in your post is the correct. FYI general steps: 1. Stop the AM Server service. 2. Locate the .env file (for Windows, C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Monitor\Server\bin) 3. Edit the .env file with the new config store location (edit CONFIG_STORE_PATH) 4. Save the .env file. 5. Move the ArcGIS Monitor Server config store to the new location. 6. Restart the AM Server service. Ensure that the AM Server service account has permissions to the new location. Hope this helps,

Yes, ArcGIS Monitor 2025 is compatible with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.x to 11.5, which includes 11.2. This means Monitor can register and collect metrics on components from these releases. The only caveat is that ArcGIS Monitor 2025 needs to use the ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 Web Adaptor if you want to deploy a reverse proxy for logging into Monitor. Hope this helps,
