Hi @anasga_81182, It would help if you and @TimLehn could please open a case with Esri Tech Support. They can collect more detailed information about your scenarios. We need to be able to reproduce this behavior to verify it's a bug. Thanks.

Hi @LouEarly, Can you please check this location for any older ArcGIS Monitor release files? C:\Users\arcgis\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor And you'll need to remove them before attempting to install Monitor again. Hope this helps,

Hi @ChrisRobinsonCOF and @ChaseBarnard, > Has something changed since 2023.3.1 which would have changed how those were drawn? Yes. In Monitor 2023.x, the chart rendering would connect two contiguous data points and draw a line to "connect" them, even if there was a null data point between them. In Monitor 2024.x, this was changed - now if there are two contiguous data points, and there is a null data point between them, a line is not drawn between the two points to "connect" them. Hence the appearance of a "gap". I hope this makes sense. > Since this is expected behavior, do you want me to forgo submitting a ticket? Since this behavior is expected, no need to open a support ticket. Hope this helps,

In April 2025, Williams Energy presented a session on ArcGIS Monitor at the Esri 2025 Energy Resources GIS conference in Houston, Texas. @SteveMcCarthy discusses how ArcGIS Monitor helps him manage Williams' ArcGIS Enterprise deployment and shares screenshots of his Monitor analysis views. You can learn more in William's ArcGIS Monitor user success story, Keeping an Eye on the Future with ArcGIS Monitor. You can view his presentation by downloading the PDF file.

Hi @ChrisRobinsonCOF and @ChaseBarnard, Can you both please open a case with Esri Tech Support so they can take a closer look? As I mentioned, I have seen this behavior before (only with Enterprise 10.9.1 sites), but it was intermittent. We were unable to consistently reproduce this behavior - so I am hoping Support can document your respective environments. Sorry. EDIT: After discussing this thread with a colleague, in @ChrisRobinsonCOF's case - he thinks the behavior in the screenshot provided is expected. The serial charts shows time periods of "empty" average response time, which suggests there are no responses being sent (likely because of no requests), in which case, the average response time for these same time periods would also appear "blank". Monitor does not show a value of "zero", but null data. For @ChaseBarnard's screenshot - we're unsure if the requests received serial chart is showing the same web services, as those in the average response time chart. Maybe you can double check if you might be seeing the same behavior as described in Chris' case? Hope this helps,

Hi @ChrisRobinsonCOF, Can you please try and re-start the AM Agent services on their respective host machines? Just curious: what release of ArcGIS Enterprise are you seeing this behavior on? I've seen similar behavior when Monitor is collecting data from an Enterprise 10.9.1 site, but it's been very inconsistent and hard to reproduce. Hope this helps,

Hi @ElviaCortes, That's good to hear. I was going to ask that you please check the ArcGIS Monitor config-store information in your Windows user profile next. But you already found the location. Great.

Hi @ElviaCortes, > My issue is when I started adding my agents again, I am unable to register them with the new machine. It says that Agent is already registered. Can you please try and re-register the AM Agent, including the --agent-id flag? If the agent is already present in ArcGIS Monitor Server, then you need to include this flag, followed by the ID of the agent in question. You can find the agent ID by going to ArcGIS Monitor Server > Monitoring > Agents, and enabling the ID column: To re-register the agent, the command should look like this: ./arcgis-monitor-agent.exe admin:system:register --server-url https://agmserver:30443/arcgis --username admin --password MyPassword!1 --agent-id 2 Hope this helps,

Hi @PrasanthRamachandran2, > During Dev Summit 2025, there was a conversation around the new release of ArcGIS Monitor, which will be released in March 2025. To clarify, at Esri DevTech 2025 conference, we were saying there would be an ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1 patch release. It was released on March 20, 2025. Not a new release version. > ... if anyone from ESRI can share an update on the new release of ArcGIS Monitor? The next release will be ArcGIS Monitor 2025.0 and it is scheduled for mid-June release. Hi @HazelRiordan, Please contact Esri Tech Support and open an issue so they can help you investigate further. I'm guessing this is likely related to a permissions issue.
