Don, I have just tested the same work flow as you have with a csv file that I know works if i just add it from file. I uploaded the file to arcgis online, shared it with everyone then tried to add it to a map via add layer from web and I am getting the same error that the file is not acessable. The same file works from my dropbox account: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25829160/Classic%20Bitters.csv It must be a bug. Derek Law‌

Given a feature data set of a country the includes layers that cover the countries infrastructure ( such as gas and electric networks, roads, rail etc...) and Landscan data detailing population does anybody know of any tools or techniques that can be used to determine critical infrastructure nodes (I.e. those node which would effect the most population if taken offline). I am looking into this as part of a disaster response preparedness. Thank you Anthony

I'm not sure if there is a space/place for AWAB yet, probably because it has not been released yet. The closest you will get is the customs widget Web App Builder Custom Widgets‌ or just just post directly to the Developers‌ space just make sure you use tags to say web app builder

Is you server on the same machine which you have desktop on? The reason why I ask is that you have a couple of paths to your c:\ eg: C:\regional_service_data\Cook\Mapbooks\ElectricUtilitiesMapbook.mxd Can your server see the same path? Try using a UNC path to the same area in your python script Regards Anthony
