Would like the have the ability to filter and edit Survey123 Select Multiple Question Fields. For filtering it would be nice to be able to filter them in Dashboard as well as web-maps using a single select or multi-select drop-down filter with all of the possible question answers being available. For editing It would be nice if you could edit the same question in the web app "smart-editor widget" using a check box type configuration like it is in Survey123. Thanks, Josh

Hello, One of my field crews has had an issue with a about 10 of his surveys failing to submit when he attempted to do so from the field. The surveys appeared to submit correctly (they disappear from his outbox) but they were missing from the hosted feature layer and related map so it is clear they did not. When we tried to edit and resubmit through the sent box we get the "Update error code 1019 - The specified feature could not be updated or does not exist." It would seem everything was filled out correctly and our survey does NOT use repeats. Has anyone else had any issue with this and if so is this a known bug? Also, the surveys are now stuck in his outbox. I've attached a log file from his device. Thanks, Josh

I'm thinking i did move the form and service to a different folder. Looking at my content it looks like i moved it from the folder that was automatically generated when i originally published it. Attached is the error log which seems to verify this.

James, It's actually not given me an error yet. The longest I've let it go is about 15 minutes. It just sits there and churns and never finishes. I'm going to try it again for at least an hour and see if it will eventually give me an error. Josh

Hello, I am having an issue updating an existing survey. Below are the 3 items I changed. Not sure why it is not publishing. I have not added any new fields or choices. Hoping that someone can shed some light on this. I just finished creating several maps, apps, and a dashboard the pulls from this forms feature service and I would hate to have to recreate all of that to make these simple changes. I have attached both the working form and the modified form that won't publish. 1) I added back a pull data calculation to the "Inspected_By" field that I had previously deleted and also made it required. 2) I changed part of the calculation for the "maximum" field. 3) Changed case of 'OK' to 'Ok' in calculation for "Inspection_Priority" field. Any ideas as to what the issue is would be very much appreciated! Thanks, Josh

Hello, I am getting the following error when I try to refresh my inbox. "Code 400 Cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters." I have double checked my query statement and it is okay. The field names match perfectly and when I ran the query under the REST service it worked as well. This does not make sense because it was working fine previously and then it stopped. The only thing that has really changed from when it was working is that i copied the survey to a new survey using the create new survey option. Even still the query works when tested from the new Rest. I have attached the xlsx file. The form is setup so that when the inspector sets the Quick_Pick field to Set Return the survey will show up in his inbox. My query is Quick_Pick = 'Set_Return'. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Josh

Stefano, Looks like this might just be the answer i was looking for. Did a test and it looks as if it successfully appended the data and attachments from one hosted feature layer to another hosted feature layer. Thanks for your help! Josh

John, The reason i have a new service rather than a duplicate pointing to the same service is that I rebuilt my original survey from scratch to make it easier for our field crews. While many of the fields are the same I did change a number of field types and add new dependencies. I know with a little work I can manipulate my old data and move it from the old Survey to the new using the Append tool in AGOL but I've not figured out how to move the attachments. Thanks, Josh

Hello, I have a large amount of data with attachments from an existing Survey123 Feature Layer that I want to move over to a new Survey. I have successfully appended the features in the past without issue but have never had any success appending the attachments. Since I am using Survey123 for utility inspections we want to keep all attachments with the data. Can someone point me to how I can accomplish this or provide me with any documentation on how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Josh
