I don't think ESRI fully supports cloud storage at this time. One recommendation I would make is to use local or network storage in the future. This capability for full support is still on ESRIs road map for Pro.

Was the address locator created with the CreateAddress Locator (ArcMap) tool or Create Locator (Pro) tool? Can you try having everything local (instead of network share) as a test to see if the script runs?

ESRI GIS Community: I was wondering if the ESRI default geometry service works by default in a native projection. If I have data in state plane coordinates, will the buffer properly work? Do I need to project the data in the geometry service's projection before performing a buffer operation using the geometry service?

Can someone from ESRI answer if there is an alternate workflow in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 that has not been indicated in the ArcGIS Pro road map? I will be working on a project where this capability is needed and this would keep the project at ArcGIS Pro 2.9 instead of upgrading to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.

That support page appears to reference up to Pro 2.9.2.
