Data Explorer (beta): Enhance Error Description (AI disabled or not AI role privilege)

Hi! If the AI org setting is turned off in the organization, Data Explorer returns a general error to end users. See below. It would be nice to have a more descriptive error so the admin of the org could more easily diagnose and solve the problem.  It would be even better if the error could differenciate between:

  1. Org does not allow AI
  2. Logged-in user does not have AI role privilege

Are you working with an ESRI sample with ESRI data or your own data when getting this error?
