I have a simple ArcGIS API for Python script to stop and start Portal services that was working on a Windows Server with Pro 2.9.5 installed on it. I upgraded to Pro 3.1 and now I get the following error "SSL: UNSAFE_LEGACY_RENEGOTIATION_DISABLED" Has anyone updated a similar type of script to Pro 3.1 and seen a similar failure? If so, was there anything you could do besides downgrading the Pro software to resolve this issue? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Where is most of your credit consumption originating from - storage vs analytics vs other? If storage is a problem, do you also have an enterprise environment where you can serve the data from on-premise source thru an enterprise service and reference the data in AGOL from the service URL so you would no longer be using feature storage credits? I would look into seeing if some of your AGOL content can be obtained from external services so you could then delete that content from AGOL and free up storage. An example of this would be if you have floodplain data and hosted it up into AGOL. AGOL and/or Living Atlas has references to a FEMA floodplain service which you could possibly use instead.

Python 2.7 works with ArcMap and python 3.x (depends on Pro version) works with Pro. I do not think this is the issue as the path that I can see looks like it is for Pro python. Was this code originally run for ArcMap and you are trying to migrate it to Pro?

Are you calling the python scripts from the bat file in python 2.7? You should just have to update the python to 3.x and be able to use the same bat file to call the python scripts. I have done this myself already.

Are you installing the runtime in the same install script as Pro? If so, maybe you cannot do that as the machine needs a reboot to recognize the newly installed runtime. I think you might need to break them out into separate installs for this to work in SCCM.

Has anyone on this post determined that pkill.exe has anyone issues with anti-virus or anti-malware software? My server is showing errors in Event Viewer that CiscoSecureEndpoint is detecting pkill.exe for the DataStore as a potential threat.
