Access Startup Partner Benefits

One of the benefits of the Esri Startup Program is becoming a Startup Partner within the Esri Partner Network (EPN). As part of the EPN, you will have access to a variety of startup partner benefits and a community of like-minded organizations, a world-class platform on which to develop your products and services, and, most importantly, a solid partnership for sharing best practices and resources to ensure success.

 As a partner, remember to maintain your company information, stay engaged with this community, take advantage of your exclusive access to resources provided.

We look forward to supporting you in the development of your app built with the ArcGIS platform. We’re excited for you to be a part of this global community and we hope upon your completion of the Esri Startup Program you’ll continue to remain a Partner with Esr advancing to our Silver or Bronze Programs.

Getting Started as a Startup Partner: 

Partner Community Access & Exclusive Resources

Login to get started with the Partner Community:

In the Partner Community, you can invite staff to access exclusive partner benefits, resources, applications for specialty designations, Marketplace, and Sales Authorizations, along with collaboration tools, like Chatter to network and connect other partners, Esri, and Esri distributors. It is also where you manage your partner-related information, manage staff access, Partner Directory listing, and more.

Step 1: Add Key Staff & Update Your Company Directory Listing

Esri's Partner Community is a private portal and your primary website for working with Esri as a partner. We recommend inviting key staff to the community as soon as possible. If you have any trouble or questions, please contact for help.

My Company: Invite & Manage Staff

My Company the go-to-place for details that are unique to your account. Find your Partner Manager, customer number, renewal date, and address. Contacts section allows you to Add, Edit, or Inactivate contacts that no longer need to be listed.

Partner Directory

To get started, in the Partner Community visit My Organization-> Partner Directory to populate and make your company and solutions discoverable in Esri's global public-facing Find a Partner Directory. The Partner Directory is a key resource for generating leads as well as gaining credibility with Esri staff.

Note, Startup Partners directory listing is hidden until the Esri partner manager has confirmed that there is a demonstrable ArcGIS integration and validated you’re prepared to go-to-market. 
It is important to notify the Esri Startup Team when nearing completion of integration with the Esri ArcGIS Platform, to kick off strategic steps for success outlined on Patterns for Success.

Note, we have a variety of international Esri Distributor Startup Program representatives who will support you in your local region. We will provide you introductions to these supporting staff if you’re not already in contact with them.

Remember to Familiarize Yourself with Key Esri Access Points:

  • Partner Community: your primary portal for working with Esri as a partner. A self-service business platform to access partner benefits, resources, and collaboration tools. Along with key applications to support go-to-market and sales enablement efforts with Esri (Marketplace, Specialties, Sales Authorizations).
  • My Esri: your access point to access and manage user's permissions for software licenses and subscriptions, technical support incidents, training, Esri events, as well as to download software updates, maintain related account information, and more.
  • Training: as an Esri Startup Partner you have access to unlimited complimentary self-paced e-learning managed through your My Esri organization.
