Recently I was asked, "Does Esri have a “Women in Technology” (WIT) group/program for Women owned companies?". Internally, we have a very proactive group, Esri’s Women’s Empowerment & Career Advancement Network (WeCan), supporting women and allies in the GIS industry. Esri also sponsors and frequently engages with, Women in GIS (WiGIS). WiGIS is a consortium of advocates from academia, government, and private industry designed to advance the presence of women in GIS. Esri also provides wonderful Racial Equity and Social Justice Resources along with a supporting GeoNet community forum GIS for Equity & Social Justice. Partner companies within our Esri Partner Network who classify as WOSB/WOSDB can also be easily discoverable within our global Partner Directory. Are there other initiatives or resources surrounding this topic I'm may be unaware of that the communities would like to share? Thanks! - Katie
