I am trying to change my email address in my public ArcGIS account. I have navigated to >My Settings >Personal >Email, but there is no link or place to change my email address (see attached screen capture). How do I change my email address in my public ArcGIS account? Thank you in advance. Joe Flannery

BKS: A group within my company is using Survey123 with 30-40 fieldworkers on a large client project with sites across the USA. They have developed a stand-alone reporting system that does not use the S123 reporting system. I think they are using SQL Server Reporting System (SSRS) in some fashion. I am not in close communications with this internal group, so I cannot elaborate further. Even though the S123 report export credit cost went down to 0.5 credits per report, given the number of reports produced in a week, they had to come up with their own solution. Sorry that I cannot help with a more complete answer for you. Sincerely, Joe

We are in the process of migrating our GIS infrastructure up to the Microsoft Azure cloud. We currently use on-premises Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise for our geodatabases. The plan is to move our SQL geodatabases into Azure SQL. Esri’s online help titled “Functionality differences for geodatabases in Azure SQL Database” indicates that “Use either Microsoft Geometry or Geography data types for the spatial fields in your feature classes; sdebinary storage is not supported.” An inspection of feature classes in our current SQL geodatabases reveals that we are using “Geometry spatial type” (see attached image). My question: Is the “Geometry spatial type” that I see associated with feature classes in our current on-premises SQL Server Enterprise the same as the “Microsoft Geometry” data type mentioned in the Esri online article that is used in Azure SQL? Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Joe Flannery

I thought that I would give back by sharing my notes on how I implemented the Esri Coronavirus Health Screening Solution. This is working well for us across many office locations. Thank you Chris Fox and Scott Oppmann. Steps I took to implement Esri’s Coronavirus Health Screening Solution Deploy the Coronavirus Health Screening solution from Esri’s into your ArcGIS Online (AGOL) account (Creator user type required). Download the Employee and Visitor health screening Survey123 forms with Survey123 Connect to your desktop and modify the forms as you deem necessary. Republish your Employee and Visitor health screening forms to AGOL. Access the two Survey123 forms from your AGOL S123 webpage and download the QR code png file for each. Access the Health Screening Dashboard from within AGOL and make any modifications to the wording or the use of the temperature check option. I used ArcGIS Pro to connect directly to the “Location” table in the “HealthScreenings” feature layer in this AGOL solution to add our office locations and capacities. In AGOL, set the Share for the Employee and Visitor S123 forms and the “HealthScreenings_public” feature layer to Public. Create a Group in AGOL and Share the “Health Screening Dashboard” and the “HealthScreening_dashboard” feature layer to this group. Give your Covid Coordinators and any H&S leads who are interested, AGOL Editor user type accounts. Create a folder in OneDrive for Business as a place for a health screening spreadsheet table. From the S123 webpage for the Employee survey form, export the data table as an Excel spreadsheet into your OneDrive folder. This spreadsheet will be used as a template for an upcoming process. Open this spreadsheet, remove unnecessary fields like GlobalID, CreationDate, Creator, etc. Create a “Table” of the rows and columns in this spreadsheet and Save. Use the Share settings in OneDrive to create a link to this Excel spreadsheet giving View (Read Only) rights to users. Share this link with Covid Coordinators and H&S Leads. This is really cool! Use Microsoft Power Automate to make webhook connections from both the Employee and Visitor S123 forms to the OneDrive spreadsheet. You may use the canned “Track Survey123 responses in Excel Online (Business) sheet” solution that is available. These webhooks will add a new record to your easily accessible OneDrive spreadsheet every time someone submits an Employee or Visitor health screening form to S123.

Chris: Thank you for information that Editor type licenses work with the web version of Survey123. I am meeting with our Health & Safety folks to demonstrate this solution. If this takes off, we could be talking about 100's of staff using this application. I'll keep the reduced price licenses in mind. Thank you, Joe

With the help of Esri Tech Support, my problem was solved. My mistake was that I was updating the CSV file and not the HealthScreenings feature layer. It might help users of this solution if the HealthScreenings item in the instructions was bolded so that it is easier to see. Thanks, again, for this nice Esri ArcGIS Online Solution!

Scott: Having all 100 of our staff as named users in ArcGIS Online would be quite expensive, since they would need a Field Worker or Creator license type to participate with a Survey123 form, correct? I like your QR Code idea for a poster in the lobby area near our receptionist.

Chris Fox and Scott Oppmann Once the Coronavirus Health Screening solution has been installed in “My Content” and configured, how do you envision employees and visitors access the forms? The employee and visitor questionnaires are driven by Survey123 forms and associated feature services. Not all 100 employees in our office have ArcGIS Online user accounts. As administrator of the health screening solution, do I just “Share” the forms with the “Public” and then share the URL to the forms with our users? Which feature service or services also need to be shared with the Public? Just the feature service named “HealthScreenings_Public”? Is there a possibility that others outside of our organization will stumble upon the publicly shared survey forms and feature service by performing a Bing or Google internet search? Is this security by obscurity? Which of these items should be “Shared” publicly in order for end-users to have access to the health screening form? Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Joe Flannery

The Esri Coronavirus Health Screening solution looks very promising for our return-to-work plans. Thank you Chris Fox and Scott Oppmann! I am having a problem with the "Location" item in the Health Screening Dashboard. I downloaded the "ScreeningLocationsSource.csv" and added three office locations and their associated capacities. I then "Updated" the online version of this file in My Content. The update process did not ask me "Choose the layer that you wish to append data into" it just updated and closed. I modified the Employee and Visitor survey forms to include the office locations in the "Choices" tab of each form. I added office location names exactly the same as the csv file. Does anyone have an idea of what is failing in my workflow? Thank you, Joe

Marcel: I wish I could help you with an answer. Unfortunately, I am no longer directly involved with SSO setup at our company. I am fairly certain that we use Azure Active Directory corporately and we are using SAML for our handshake with ArcGIS Online. That's all I know. Sincerely, Joe
