Hi @LeahBowyer - We have a Construction Inspection ArcGIS Solution in our long-term plans. Integrating it with the Capital Project Coordination Solution is a great idea. If you're interested, would love to connect to learn more about what you'd like to track in daily inspection reports and discuss what a Construction Inspection Solution might look like.

@AlisonAbercrombie Regarding the species roster documentation, sorry that hasn't been helpful. After updating the species roster csv and clicking Update Data from the Trees feature layer's item details page, click Add features. Select the Species Roster table, then click Next. Drag your csv into the window. The window should update with the field mapped correctly. Click Add and complete. Once you've done that, you're ready to move onto the next section on the configure documentation: Update domain and contingent values, which uses a Notebook to update domain and contingent values with those you've uploaded into the Species Roster table from your updated csv. We'll make a note to improve that section of the documentation at our next release. Cheers, Mike

Hi @AlisonAbercrombie, Because Trees_currentinspection and Trees_inspections are hosted joined views, they do need to be recreated to expose additional fields. To do that, you can follow these steps: From the item details page of the Trees_currentinspection view, copy the service URL into a text editor. This will ensure you have the unique name of the view. It may simply be Trees_currentinspection, but if the Solution has been deployed multiple times in the same organization, it may have a guide suffix like: Trees_currentinspection_ae0f74dea4a44bf992bf0b00b97887ef. Repeat for Trees_inspections. From the Settings tab of their item details pages, delete Trees_currentinpection and Trees_inspections. If using the Recycle bin, permanently delete each view from the Recycle bin. Navigate to the Trees feature layer's item details page. Click the Create View Layer button, then select Joined view layer. To create Trees_currentinspection, select Trees for the Target layer, then click Next. Select the Inspections table, then click Next. The attribute join section should already correctly populate Global ID and Tree Global ID for the Target and Join fields. The Join operation is One to one, keeping the first matching record. In the Sort by, select the Inspection date field, then Descending for the Sort order. The Join type is Left join. Click Next. In the Title, past the unique name copied earlier (ex, Trees_currentinspection_ae0f74dea4a44bf992bf0b00b97887ef or Trees_currentinspection). Click Create. To recreate the Trees_inspections layer, repeat steps 1 & 2. The Inspections Table is the Target layer. Trees is the "layer or table with the attributes that will be added to the target layer." The attribute join section should already correctly populate Tree Global ID and Global ID for the Target and Join fields. The Join operation is One to one, keeping the first matching record. Leave the default Sort by settings. The Join type is Inner join. Click Next. In the Title, past the unique name copied earlier (ex, Trees_inspections_ae0f74dea4a44bf992bf0b00b97887ef or Trees_inspections). Click Create. Note that while the join views are deleted, apps like the Trees page on the Tree Management Center will have broken data sources. I hope that helps! Mike

Hi @LeahBowyer, As designed, the Cap Project Coordination Solution is configured to store and return the total expenditures to date, rather than individual pay requests. We configured it in this way for simplicity, but the Solution can certainly be extended to track individual expenditures/pay requests. Based on the comments, you're on your way to doing just that.

The Election Outreach Solution helps organizations educate the public and help voters find an appropriate voting center or Election Day polling place. It includes an Election Polling Places app used by voters to locate a polling place where ballots can be cast on Election Day. The Election Polling Places app uses the Zone Lookup Instant App to help voters search for their address or poke on the map, then displays precinct and polling place information for the chosen location. If your Election Polling Places app is not displaying polling place information, it may require configuration. Future deployments of the Election Outreach Solution will not need this configuration. Configure the Election Polling Places Web Map and App Sign in to your ArcGIS organization, browse to and open the Election Polling Places Web Map in Map Viewer. On the Contents (dark) toolbar, click Layers to open the Layers pane. Select the Voting Precincts layer. On the Settings (light) toolbar, click Pop-ups . Click the Add content button, then click Related records. This will add the Polling Places layer’s Pop-up to the Precinct’s Pop-up, allowing it to display in the Election Polling Places app. On the Contents toolbar, click Save and open and click Save to save the pop-up changes to the map. Browse to the Election Polling Places Instant App. Click Configure. Click Publish, then Confirm to publish the app. The Election Polling Places app will now display the polling place's information in the related record pane. However, voters must click on the related record pane to view details. In the next section, use a URL parameter to help voters discover polling place information more quickly. Add the related record URL parameter The Election Outreach Solution includes the Promoting Transparent Elections ArcGIS Hub site where voters can access the Election Polling Places app. Your organization may link to the Election Polling Places directly from your organization's website. Wherever voters access the Election Polling Places app, you can add &openRelatedRecords=true to the hyperlink. The resulting URL would look something like this: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/instant/lookup/index.html?appid=88489793f68f462ea87dfa3aa9440850&openRelatedRecords=true This will open the related record (polling place) without having to click. If you'd rather not append it as a URL you can use a tool like ArcGIS Assistant to edit the apps data to set this option. Learn how to configure the apps data, here.

Hi @JPWillson - I'm the product owner of the Tree Management Solution. Thanks for sharing this idea; I'd like to learn more. I recall looking at more detailed risk assessments early on as we researched. It'd be great to learn more about risk assessments and what types of organizations perform them. If you're up for sharing screenshots of your form here, I'm sure the community would benefit from seeing your work. I'm also going to send you a direct message to see if we might connect. Thanks! Mike

Hi @DerekBernard There are a few ways to load existing trees into the Trees feature layer. One way is to use the Tree Data Management Pro project that is deployed with your solution. The project contains step by step tasks, one being loading 'Load existing tree data'. You can learn more about using the Tree Data Management Pro project in the Manage tree data doc topic, here: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-solutions/latest/reference/use-tree-management.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_7465DA42B89E4A02BC9577FC3D31AE43 In particular, see the Load, create, and modify tree data sub-topic. That will help you get to the relevant Pro task which will help you through loading existing data. Make sure you check out the Get Started topic as well. I hope that helps! Mike

Hi @DerekBernard Our Use documentation may be helpful. That provides step by step instructions for each information product included in the Tree Management Solution from the end user's perspective. For example, the topic 'Collect and assess trees in the field' details how a maintenance worker in the field can collect trees and conduct inspections. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-solutions/latest/reference/use-tree-management.htm It also might be helpful your end users view our demonstration video. That shows the uses cases and how the apps are used: https://mediaspace.esri.com/media/t/1_oneh5zqd I hope that helps - Mike

In addition to the configure documentation I shared previously, each solution includes how to use documentation which is written to help explain how an app is used by the end user. The Tree Management Use documentation is here. You can also view view a demo of Tree Management (along with several other solutions in the playlist), here. Your idea of using a solution to get you closer to what you want to accomplish with ArcGIS is a good one. I might also suggest training to help you get acquainted with ArcGIS Online generally. You can find some information on training options, here. I would suggest taking another look at the Parks and Grounds Management solution since it seems closer to what you'd like to accomplish. From what you've shared, configuring that solution may be a better route. You might also be interested in Recreation Outreach.

Hi @AmyGrossman - We document common configuration patterns for each Solution. The Tree Management configuration doc is, here. However, that documentation is written in order to help users configure the capabilities for the domain the Solution is designed to support. We don't document generalizing a Solution although it is possible to do that, at least partially for example by renaming information products. Many users do deploy Solutions in order to learn a pattern and discover how we configured ArcGIS to accomplish a particular workflow then build their own information products following the pattern. That's also a route you might take. Is there a particular aspect of the Tree Management Solution you're interested in repurposing? What's the workflow you'd like to support?

Hi Sandon (hope you're doing well!), Sorry for the delay on this question. Unfortunately, symbolizing ties is not possible in the current Solution but we are looking to support it in an upcoming release. As you alluded to only one feature is returned in the join we're using and currently that value is set by the number of votes only (so you'll get one of the top vote ties) but we are looking at how we can handle ties differently.
