I'll just add you can also expose your new field to the existing Cases_public and Cases_reporter views by updating their view definition.

Arshad Akhtar, As you mentioned, Attribute Rules are would be the route to automatically populate/calculate attributes values based on other values. Attribute rules are defined in the geodatabase and can be configured in both file/enterprise geodatabases. This might be a good place to begin: Introduction to attribute rules—Geodatabases | Documentation So to question 1, yes by configuring attribute rules in a file/enterprise geodatabase and 2, yes if the rules were configured in that way. Later this year, the ArcGIS Solutions team will be working asset management/condition scoring solutions. If you are interested, we'd love to have a conversation to learn about your condition scoring and related workflows. Would you/your organization like to connect, show us your work, and learn a bit about the work we'll be doing? Cheers, Mike

Hi Tony - I'm not sure if there is a configuration change that will get your desired results. A hosted feature service as deployed with a Solution (or Workforce / Survey123) will reflect your Portal environment's url; which sounds like it includes the machine name. In other words, there is nothing different about a Solution's hosted feature service. You may have better luck with support as they can speak more directly to Portal configuration options. Apologies that I can't provide a more direct answer. Mike

Hi Tony, Your method of introducing a second group in order to give access to the individual apps should work. You might want to make sure your users are in both groups (Capital Project Plans to gain access to Capital Project Plans gallery) as well as your new group to give access to the individual apps and their content. Are your users already in both groups? Mike

Tony Taglia Apologies for the delay, Tony. In addition to app sharing configuration, take a look at the included groups and their sharing permissions. You should have groups such as Capital Project Plans, Capital Project Reports, or Capital Project Review and you may need to share the groups as well.

Hi Joe, The external links reported by Patrick above were caused by copying cell values from one xslx to another while rebuilding a survey. The copy carried path references to the local xslx file (hence the reference to a device name/user). To fix the Election Wait Times survey included when deploying Election Management, we just rebuilt the survey. Excel tools for changing the source or removing the external links didn't seem to work, so we started anew. In the case of the Election Wait Times survey, the external links did not cause any functional issues. They could be ignored and the survey would work properly, but we thought it was important to remove them. I hope that helps - Mike

Hi David Buehler, The Election Polling Places application is showing you the pop up for both polling places and precincts. The section you have circled in your screenshot is the voting precincts pop up. Because there is a relationship between polling places and precincts, you can show precinct fields in the polling places pop up. In the screenshot below, I added the text Voting Ward and District, then below it the {name} field from the associated precinct by selecting {relationships/0/name} from the Add field name button (the + to the right of the font settings). You can add additional precinct fields in the same way. You could then also remove the Pop up from the Voting Precincts layer in the web map so you don't have redundant information. I hope that helps, let me know how it goes or if you have any additional questions. Mike
