Any ideas for implementing bookmarks in a droplist? I wanted to tuck the bookmarks away in a header bar, in a droplist type widget, and then have the map widget zoom to the bookmark accordingly. As opposed to having a full list of bookmarks visible in the bookmark widget, taking up space on the interface.

This probably doesn't get what you want, but this type of functionality is in the Near Me widget in Experience Builder. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/near-me-widget.htm

That looks like Web App Builder, not Experience Builder.

@Bud Thanks! I was able to use the Create Database View tool to create a view in the FGDB, and it does allow GROUP BY. That's not bad. So a simple summary count or sum by category works. I tried some arithmetic but it had problems with '/'. For workflow, you can have it open in a pane while editing the source table, and then hit the refresh button in the lower left corner to refresh the view. You don't even have to save the table edits before refreshing the view.

@Bud Well, it's just a feature class in a file gdb. I guess I could install SQL Express and move data to a SQL db, and make a query layer. Or I have the geoprocessing history open and run the Summary Statistics tool again and again, but it closes the table window every time. The idea still stands. 🙂

I just want to create a live "group by" summary statistics view, that updates as I save edits to the underlying attribute table. e.g. sum voters by district as you are assigning voter blocks to one district or another. (see Redistricting for ArcMap). I believe in QGIS this is called a "virtual layer".

I took the exam this week. The PearsonVUE software allowed comments on each individual question. How do we provide generalized feedback on the exam as a whole?

I'm looking for a way to construct a field name in Arcade and retrieve its value. Say you have a hosted feature layer with an attribute field named after each day of the week. I can construct the field name as "$feature.insertDayHere" but that is just a string that I need to evaluate to get the value. Does Arcade have any kind of EVAL function? html = '<html table header stuff>'; var daynames = ["Sunday","Monday","Tuesday","Wednesday","Thursday","Friday","Saturday"] for (var d in daynames) { var fieldname = '$feature.' + d; html += '<tr>' + d + ': ' + fieldname + '</tr>'; }

Try adding these two lines: Line 508: ARCPY.AddField_management(resObj, "ORIG_FID", "Long") Line 520: row.setValue("ORIG_FID", o.id) Then you'll have the original OID as "ORIG_FID" in the output, and you can join the input feature class on that.
