@JohnathanHasthorpe, We are experiencing this issue regularly. Users are using version 1.22.6 and 'SupportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIds' is set to True on the feature service. The server logs are reporting duplicate entries and the app is refusing to let users press the cancel button when they are prompted to send via email. The duplicates relate to records collected offline, it is like the app is not acknowledging that is has sent them when signal is regained. They just sit on the app and it tries to send them again and again. Any work arounds would be greatly appreciated. We are currently asking users to email data in and then delete and redownload the project.

Good afternoon Field users are logging data by streaming points and phone signal in the area is patchy. The app is set to auto send every 10 minutes. Users are reporting they have hundreds of data points on their phones even through the data has hit the system. The data points do not 'send' when the user asks them to as the database returns a duplicate key error. This makes sense as the data has already hit the database. I have extracted the data from the QCR file and plotted it and the points relate to areas of little/no signal. The app is not acknowledging it has sent data points collected offline. Has anyone else had a similar issue? The data points not 'sent' date back weeks. Our current work around is to ask each user to use the 'send via email' option and then delete the project and redownload it.

Our current/slightly more user friendly work around for field staff is the following: Add a item to our portal as a document link arcgis-fieldmaps://?portalUrl=https://xyzxyzxyzx Share the item with field users Configure Edge on shared devices to default to the group page, set it to clear the cache on close etc Instead of opening field maps to sign in, users open edge, sign in to the portal to access the group and then tap on FieldMaps. This sends the login token to field maps Users sign out of field maps and then sign out of the browser. @ColinLawrence, the sign in process uses the browser. The FieldMaps sign out button does not appear to. What does it do? Are ESRI Inc doing any work on this?

Thank you for this @RandyBonds_Jr_, unfortunately it didn't work for us but I am posting on this thread as the log messages were similar and it may help others battling to upgrade! The flags in the logs were: Copying old pg_multixact/offsets to new server *failure* Consult the last few lines of "C:/arcgisportal/db/pg_upgrade_output.d/20250214T125322.811/log/pg_upgrade_utility.log" for the probable cause of the failure. This file did not exist/was inaccessible by the service account. Failed to upgrade the PostgreSQL from 14.5 to 15.5 FATAL: role "!arcgis" does not exist This fix suggested in this post fixed it for us. Re: Portal upgrade issue - Esri Community

Although this is a old thread, we have just upgraded form 11.1 to 11.4 and got the error 'Failed to upgrade the PostgreSQL from 14.5 to 15.5.' Renaming and copying the folders from the 'upgrade-backup' folder fixed it for us so this thread is still relevant. Thank you @Haider_Ali! Good morning We have a project set up with a device variable. Users have to select an option before the rest of the form is displayed. One option on the form is to stream data points. The device variable is not logged for the first point streamed in some cases. Is this a bug? Thank you

This would be useful to monitor areas of poor phone signal and determine the auto send frequency. If auto send is set to immediately/every minute/5 minutes etc and there is no signal the user is prompted to send multiple emails until they obtain signal again. A device variable to log the signal strength would be useful to determine the send frequency. Even better would be a open to only auto send when the device has signal. This is especially a problem when users are streaming point data.

Hi @KeithOlsen The server with our ArcGIS single machine deployment on restarted yesterday following a MS Defender update and we now have this issue. The restart order has not fixed it for us. Have you had any success? I have logged a support call with ESRI UK.
