Hello, I'm looking into how we can use the Microsoft group managed service account feature after our update to HA 10.8.1 or 10.9.1 ArcGIS Enterprise. I found this esri support document: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000021125 Have you tried it? Do you know if this works with windows authentication and options such as these or similar admin chores? Being used as the SQL Server instance login / database user for feature service editing? Federated Enterprise with hybrid ADFS / built-in users? Running the esri enterprise backup scripts as windows scheduled tasks? With python scripting and scheduled tasks an enterprise admin would need to run? Thank you, -Bill

Abe, great! It worked for me to be able to use secure content from the ArcGIS Marketplace item from Nearmap aerial imagery. The "hand-shaking" gets blocked. I'm not sure if my issue is exactly like yours but it sounded close enough to give it a try. For me, using a separate (stand-alone) ArcGIS Server just for the printing service provided enough magic to get Nearmap content printing (along with other ArcGIS Enterprise printing needs) again.
