Introducing the AI assistant (Beta) on Esri.com
We have something new to share, and we hope you will enjoy being part of it.
The AI assistant (beta) is now live on esri.com. It's an AI-powered tool that you can converse with to get help as you explore Esri's products and capabilities. You can ask it questions, compare solutions, and find what you're looking for without having to know exactly where to look.
A few things to know before you try it:
✅ No sign-in is required, but you can sign in to save your conversation history if your account is AI-enabled
✅ Available on desktop for now; mobile is coming soon
✅Great for exploring Esri's product portfolio and comparing solutions
✅Complements the Esri Support AI Chatbot and Documentation assistant (beta) by helping with general Esri-related questions; in the future, we plan to have Esri assistants connected to answer your questions
It's in beta, so you may encounter things that do not work perfectly. As such, we'd love to hear what you think to help us shape the future of the assistant. Please share your feedback on the AI assistant (beta) page.
