Add support for on-the-fly vertical transformations in ArcGIS Field Maps
Description of Enhancement
According to

"Field Maps records orthometric height based on the geoid model of your receiver." As such, if the geoid height reported by a GNSS receiver is in meters, the z-values of a feature layer will hold orthometric heights in units of meters regardless of the vertical coordinate system defined for the layer. In lieu of this, this enhancement requests support for "on-the-fly vertical transformations" in ArcGIS Field Map so that orthometric heights can be converted into the vertical units of the feature layer's vertical coordinate system.
Note: Due to BUG-000161562, a vertical transformation cannot be applied in the generation of the z-value field.
