@IsmaelChivite - Thanks for the reply. I submitted an Idea for this here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-ideas/include-null-field-types-in-webhook-payload/idi-p/1045395 My suggestion would be to put all null datatypes into their own section of Event Data. That way users can find the specific information being passed as null datatype and also have the option to toggle it off if they don't want it as part of the payload. The only drawback I can foresee is increasing the payload file size however it would be negligible in my opinion. As for the workaround - I'm considering trying this. I am wondering if there will be any issues when republishing the service after the fields have been removed. Or, republishing the survey once the fields have been removed from the feature service. I'm guessing that if the fields are not part of the service and I try to publish the survey again, it will error out.

You could automate the workflow by using webhooks to generate the report once the survey is submitted and then have it emailed. These links you should find helpful: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/browser/create-surveys/webhooks.htm https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/getting-started-with-survey123-and-integromat/ba-p/895638

It would be helpful to include information in a webhooks payload that is not part of the feature layer data. For instance, there is data I would like to collect in a survey that I do not want to store as feature layer data but would like to use for filtering in my webhook. It's not necessary to store this data as it's used in my case only for filtering. This could be accomplished by allowing null data types with hidden questions to be passed as user defined information. See attached images for illustration Thanks for the consideration!

Looks like this has been submitted as an Idea: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-field-maps-ideas/allow-attachments-to-be-named-and-made-required-similar-to/idi-p/1035202/jump-to/first-unread-message Vote it up and add some detail of your specific workflow.

Have you tried opening the same workflow using the field app as opposed to the web form? This is similar to an issue I encountered where the web form would not load calculations from a previously submitted survey but the field app did successfully. Can you confirm that both apps behave (or do not behave) the same way?

You can also copy a survey that has already been submitted. This will effectively create a new survey with answers from an old survey. This requires enabling the outbox. Check out this blog: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-web-form-url-parameters/ba-p/894722 Note the section titled:"Copying (Cloning) Existing Records". This is available in both the web form and the field app however the syntax is slightly different.

Is "error2.jpg" what is shown on a webmap? If so, take a look at the popup configuration and make sure that all of the attributes you want to display are marked as visible.

This is already possible using Integromat, Power Automate, or Zapier. You can crate a feature report in Survey123 then (using Integromat as an example platform) you can listen for the submitted survey, generate a report, then attach it to an email and send. check out these blogs: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/understanding-survey123-feature-reports/ba-p/897659 https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/getting-started-with-survey123-and-integromat/ba-p/895638

Have you taken a look at this Blog? https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/dates-and-time-in-survey123/ba-p/895528 I found it very useful when setting a calculation for 30 days past the user-inputted date. Hope this helps

@IsmaelChivite @JamesTedrick @Anonymous User Is it possible to send additional payload information from Survey123 to Integromat that is NOT in your feature service schema? For instance, I want to include some additional information in my survey to be used as filter criteria for a module however I do not want to store this information as part of my feature service. I have added a couple text questions in my survey to collect some data. They are NOT part of my feature service schema. I have set their bind::esri:fieldType to "null". The data appears to be populated and sent as part of the JSON. I verified it with using Survey123Connect and viewing the result output. On the Integromat side, I do not see these additional text elements being included. The only attributes I see in the payload are the ones that match the feature service. Thanks for any insight!

I don't know if it exists but some logging would be really nice. Like, "Log requests sent to webhook". Then at least we could see outbound traffic. If it's seen going out, then the problem might be on the Integromat end. Webhook Logging might be a good feature request to add to Survey123 Ideas

That's a good question and one that I don't have an answer to. I do share in the same frustration as you, though. Many times I have the field app set up just the way I want and then I try using it as a web form and it doesn't work. Hopefully Esri will strive for more unity between the two.

Are you using the free subscription or a paid subscription? I know that there are some limitations when you use free. We have been using Integromat for a little over a year now and have been very happy. Right now we are running 7 Scenarios (some are very complex) and haven't had any issues (fingers crossed).

Have you checked the History of the Scenario to see if it was received but maybe errored? Or, maybe they will show in "Incomplete Executions"? Secondly, is it possible that the scenario was not turned on?
