Hey Matthew, When you right-click you layer you can go to properties. Go to the symbology tab and on the left choose Multiple Attributes. As value fields you can choose Phase and Overhead. Now click on Add all values. This should let you specify how you want to draw each combination. Hope this helps! Tim ... View more
