Selection tool does not work when map/feature service is published with ArcPro. ArcMap is fine. Too many bugs ESRI. It's frustrating when you implement so called improvements or new products to only have our existing stuff break. The community is tired of having to constantly go back to existing dashboards/webmaps/web apps and fixing them. When I'm done creating and configuring a dashboard/webmap/web app, I don't want to have to go fix it every time you come out with the "next" best thing. Slow down and start testing your stuff more thoroughly or start cutting us a check for debugging your software.

Not sure about the database connections BUT we found the default in ArcPro when publishing map/feature services is set to "Enable Schema Locking" as defaulted to "YES". This has been a big issue for us especially if it's just a viewing map service!

I've been fighting this for years! I want the extent of my item (aka map service) to be honored! Not some unknown extent that is irrelevant to my data!

As the admin and/or owner of an Item on ArcGIS Online, I am tasked with creating and maintaining webmaps and webapps for departments without any GIS staff. Some of these are public and some are organization only items. I want to be able to allow specified items the ability for anyone, or a selected few in our Organization to run the Usage statistics report. I don't want the identified users to be able to "update" the item, just run the report on Usage. By adding a flag to the item (in this example, everyone in the Organization) would be able to run the Usage statistics report. This would eliminate the need for me to continually run Usage statistics for webmaps and web applications I simply develop for others and not use.

The ability to allow AGOL viewers or publishers the ability to also view this data is needed as well. I as the admin and owner want to allow the "customer" of this item the ability to run their own report of it whenever they want. This information is not so secure that only the Admin or Owner of the item should be allowed to run and view it. A simple flag on the item on whether or not to allow other to run the usage report it needed.

Is the rebuild spatial index button only for AGOL hosted services? I don't see this option for my webmap that uses our AGS hosted services?

We are not able to utilize the Splash Widget on ArcGIS Online due to the fact it's not ADA compliant. There needs to be a keyboard method of dismissing the widget in order to be ADA compliant.

It turns out that the "shape" field was moved from the original "spot" when added to the .mxd. This corrupted the .mxd so it would not publish correctly. How stupid...

It's hosted in an Oracle database. What's made it stranger, and I think is leading us to the cause, it I tried the map service on our production ArcGIS server and it publishes with all the needed attributes! It's got to be in the AGS configuration somewhere, but I've never run into this before!

Very odd situation here! I'm trying to create a super easy geoprocessing service. Select a record from one table, then append it into another. Development Database: The model in ArcCatalog runs with no issues and adds the record as intended when using the development SQL Server database. The results get shared as a geoprocessing service with no errors From the rest end point I run a query to see if it works and the Job looks as follows: Job Message: esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Executing (FinForSaleEntDev12): FinForSaseEntDev12 105-01-073esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Start Time: Fri May 26 15:15:35 2017esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Executing (FinForSaseEntDev12): FinForSaseEntDev12 105-01-073esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Start Time: Fri May 26 15:15:35 2017esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Executing (Select): Select E:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\arcgisinput\Secure\FinForSaseEntDev12.GPServer\extracted\v101\EntDev12_Map_County_gisrun1.sde\MapCounty.GIS.CITY_PARCELS in_memory\FinForSale ""APN" = '105-01-073'"esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Start Time: Fri May 26 15:15:35 2017 esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Succeeded at Fri May 26 15:15:35 2017 (Elapsed Time: 0.25 seconds) NOTE: compare to below/production bolded esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Executing (Append): Append in_memory\FinForSale E:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\arcgisinput\Secure\FinForSaseEntDev12.GPServer\extracted\v101\EntDev12_Map_County_gisrun11.sde\MapCounty.GIS.FinanceForSale NO_TEST "APN "APN" true true false 16 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,APN,-1,-1;ADDRESS "ADDRESS" true true false 96 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,ADDRESS,-1,-1;CITY "CITY" true true false 40 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,CITY,-1,-1;ZIP "ZIP" true true false 24 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,ZIP,-1,-1;ASSESSOR_LOT_AREA "ASSESSOR_LOT_AREA" true true false 8 Double 8 38 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,ASSESSOR_LOT_AREA,-1,-1;COUNCIL_DISTRICT "COUNCIL_DISTRICT" true true false 2 Short 0 5 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,COUNCIL_DISTRICT,-1,-1;ZONING "ZONING" true true false 50 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,ZONING,-1,-1;MAJOR_XSTREETS "MAJOR_XSTREETS" true true false 254 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,MAJOR_XSTREETS,-1,-1;CURRENT_USE "CURRENT_USE" true true false 50 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,CURRENT_USE,-1,-1;CONTACT "CONTACT" true true false 100 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,CONTACT,-1,-1;CONTACT_PHONE "CONTACT_PHONE" true true false 15 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,CONTACT_PHONE,-1,-1;FLIER "FLIER" true true false 254 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,FLIER,-1,-1;LIST_PRICE "LIST_PRICE_NEW" true true false 8 Double 8 38 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,LIST_PRICE,-1,-1;RFP "RFP" true true false 254 Text 0 0 ,First,#,in_memory\FinForSale,RFP,-1,-1;Shape.STArea() "Shape.STArea()" false false true 0 Double 0 0 ,First,#;Shape.STLength() "Shape.STLength()" false false true 0 Double 0 0 ,First,#" #esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Start Time: Fri May 26 15:15:35 2017esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Succeeded at Fri May 26 15:15:36 2017 (Elapsed Time: 0.39 seconds)esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Succeeded at Fri May 26 15:15:36 2017 (Elapsed Time: 0.92 seconds)esriJobMessageTypeInformative: Succeeded at Fri May 26 15:15:36 2017 (Elapsed Time: 0.92 seconds) Production Database: The model in ArcCatalog runs with no issues and adds the record as intended when using the production SQL Server database. ESRI Support is looking at this with me as well, but you brainiac's might be able to spot something as well (I hope!) It appears in the Append process if I use our development database, it uses the desired .sde database connection. If I use our production database it wants to append some non-existant file geodatabase? Another set of eyes can't hurt!
