Allow Item Usage Statistics to be run without update privileges

As the admin and/or owner of an Item on ArcGIS Online, I am tasked with creating and maintaining webmaps and webapps for departments without any GIS staff. Some of these are public and some are organization only items. I want to be able to allow specified items the ability for anyone, or a selected few in our Organization to run the Usage statistics report. I don't want the identified users to be able to "update" the item, just run the report on Usage.

By adding a flag to the item (in this example, everyone in the Organization) would be able to run the Usage statistics report.

This would eliminate the need for me to continually run Usage statistics for webmaps and web applications I simply develop for others and not use.
