Thank you ALL! Now I can correct the issue! This was driving me nuts (well...nuttier?)! Well here are the results: We us an ACE to direct requests to one of two ArcGIS Servers. Both ArcGIS Servers were configured to accept http:// or https:// requests. The ACE however was never completely configured to accept both!!!! We are in the process of moving over to a F5 (what?) replacement for the ACE so the problem will be remedied soon! I'm actually surprised we didn't get a lot more complaints about accessing our data, unless it's just not that interesting to people, and I just can't imagine that!

A customer contacted us and said our Open Data was showing errors when they tried to use it. I've tried it and I'm not having any issues. This customer uses their own AGOL organization account and does a search for City of Phoenix data. I need another AGOL Organization account to create a new map and try the following process and tell me if you get an error and can't use our Open Data! Here's what I need: Create a new map: Name it whatever: Click the "Add" button and select "Search for Layers" Use the following criteria: Add the "Village" feature service: Do you get the following error? (I do not, but our customer consistently does). Thanks for your assistance. I'm trying to determine if this is an ESRI AGOL Org to Org issue?

I use our Enterprise SDE with domains with no issues. The only difference I've found is in the Android vs. iOS. In the Android it goes from field to field as expected, in the iOS it skips the fields with domains and you have to go back to them to fill them out. Annoying... Disclaimer: Have not tried this offline. Have not tried this recently either.

Have you tried using the AGOL assistant? This might be useful. We don't store data/files on AGOL so I've only searched for maps and apps... ArcGIS Online Assistant

One of the things I noticed between the two is the tab functionality to move to the next field, exists in the Android where in the iPad you had to click on the field to get to it. If you have a lot of fields to fill out, you have to scroll down the list of fields and then click on the one you want to update in the iPad. More steps. I haven't played with the new updates so this may have been addressed?

If I understand you correctly... you would need to create two services from the same data source. One being a "feature service" for editing and one being a "map service" for viewing.

Probably a silly question, but what purpose is the map service that is generated with the feature service? I ask this because the only reason I create a feature service is for editing purposes. When I lock the feature service, it locks the associated map service. If I want to create a publicly viewable map, I can not use the map service associated with the feature service as it is locked. I have to create a separate but similarly named map service: So now my system resources has three processes taxing it as opposed to just two. What am I missing here?
