The titles of the tabs in the attribute widget gets lost in the general text. They should at a minimum be bolded titles.

I have a WAB application that works fine on the desktop and on the IOS system, in both Safari and Chrome, the functionality works, however the user must manually scroll to the location after entering the address. For Organization accounts it would be "very" helpful if I could assign groups at the time of the invite. I'm dealing with thousands of members for our organization and having to constantly go back and see if the "pending" has changed to "active" and then assigning a group to these folks it time prohibited but necessary. Are there any "best practices" for AGOL/Portal group creation and maintenance for a local government? At the UC this year it seems every session I went to said to "create a group" for this. I'm concerned about "groups gone wild" maintenance issues! I've got to develop and maintain groups for an enterprise!

Good information Becky! We need to consolidate some map/feature services here and I'm using the GeoJobe tool to determine what webmaps are using what services (even internally hosted ones) with their tool to perform an impact analysis of webmap/apps. Then I can determine if I can easily change the services structure if that's what we decide to do. As usual girl, thanks for your feedback!

Now that map services are becoming more mainstream, I'm curious as to what people have done in regards to "map/feature service management so I'm reopening this question? How do you structure your "Folders" and "Services"? I recently started researching this again and the structures are all over the map (he, he, he, get it ... GIS ... all over the map). Anyways here is what I've found: Some are "Category" focused: Some are "Department" focused: Some don't use "Folders": Some don't use "Services" and put everything in folders: I'd like to know the pro's and con's of each of these and also what you folks do with "secured" services? Rebecca Strauch, GISP I'd be curious if you kept the structure you initially started configuring as well?

Seth, So your images were hosted on your servers and not on the AGOL cloud correct? This method will be useful in the future as we want to host the data and services on our AGS and not in the cloud. For this first project, we had to host it in the cloud due to time constraints.

With all the social applications that allow people to upload images through mobile applications, how have you folks developed a way to have staff review/monitor/audit images for "appropriateness" ? If the images are stored on the AGOL organization account, how do you review them quickly and easily? Another question I have is are there size limits to uploaded images to AGOL from mobile devices through say, Collector or Crowdsource Reporter?
