We experienced the same issue on Tuesday around noon. We had one report go through fine, and the second just a couple minutes later went for 14 minutes which caused the Flow to fail. Tested again this morning and everything seems to be working again.

One workaround we found is to create a new Experience using Experience Builder and use the "List" widget which allows for image attachments to be displayed in the list.

We are also seeing random connection issues with the ArcGIS connector after not having any issues for months. Has anyone let ESRI tech support know about this? @SeanKMcGinnis

We are also having issues with the "Create Report" action all of a sudden throwing a "The response is not in a JSON format." error and not running.

Does anyone know of a way to choose which attachment shows first in the Attachment Viewer Instant App? I can't find any settings to choose how to sort the attachments if there are multiple attachments in a feature. I'm wanting an image to show first instead of other documents such as PDFs that are attached. I'm assuming this could be done via the webmap also but can't find any way to sort the attachments in a feature there either.

It looks like it isn't related to the specific form and feature class because I just created a whole new form and layer and have the same issue. When changing "hasbeenprocessed" to 1 and then resubmitting the form it should change "hasbeenprocessed" back to 0 but it stays at 1 (even though the form shows 0 automatically). I also tried it and was able to replicate the issue in both ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS online.

Attached is an example of a minimal version of the xls. The field with the issue is "hasbeenprocessed". You can see the calculation and default is set to 0. This works on the initial submission, however through another process this value is often changed to 1. After it is changed to 1, when the form is resubmitted with the calculation of "0", the field stays at 1 and does not change to 0.

I am unable to try it outside of a dashboard because the issue is when trying to edit an existing record using the List widget and an embedded Survey123 form. When submitting a new record, it does the correct calculation. It's when editing an existing record through a dashboard. This process has worked for two years up until last week when all of sudden it stopped. I have also opened a ticket with Support to see if they can help.

Since the 2/26 Survey123 update, has anyone had issues with calculations not working? Specifically, we have a Survey123 form embedded in a dashboard in order to edit features which has always worked, but most recently even though the form shows the calculation correctly before submitting, after submitting it doesn't actually change anything. If we manually delete the value from the calculation and type it back in and submit, it works, but the value shown automatically from the calculation doesn't actually change the feature.

@MeganEngel we switched over from the Survey123 connector about 3 months ago and haven't had any issues since. According to the post below, it doesn't look like the token refresh is an issue at all with this connector. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/power-automate-survey123-connectors/td-p/1529579

@MeganEngel switching our connection from Survey123 to the ArcGIS connector solved this for us. All the Survey123 triggers and actions are in the ArcGIS and ArcGIS Enterprise connectors. Once we switched from Survey123 to ArcGIS, we no longer had issues with our tokens needing refreshed.

@ahargreaves_FW @m3 @AnthonyLatini I believe the error is because we do not have a public facing Portal. Our Portal is behind our firewall so it is unable to communicate with Power Automate. I just found on the ESRI website that is says "The organization must also be public-facing and able to receive requests over the internet." Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a workaround for this at this point.

Thanks for the response @AnthonyLatini! I verified that those redirect URL's were added. Our Portal is HTTPS, but I'm not sure about any rules with HTTP. We are running 11.2. It connects to our Portal to log-in and even seems to accept the user credentials, but then errors out as it's loading.
