Can ArcGIS for Power Automate be used with Enterprise yet?

Can ArcGIS for Power Automate be used with Enterprise yet? I heard there was supposed to be something in place at the end of 2022.

@AnthonyLatini I get the same as @ISP_graynic when attempting to make the ArcGIS Enterprise connection. All 3 URI's are added to the app in Enterprise v11.1...

@ahargreaves_FW @m3  @AnthonyLatini I believe the error is because we do not have a public facing Portal. Our Portal is behind our firewall so it is unable to communicate with Power Automate. I just found on the ESRI website that is says "The organization must also be public-facing and able to receive requests over the internet."  Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a workaround for this at this point.
