Steven, Thank you for the information and screenshots. I am happy to hear that your account is up and running again! I think I see the issue that is happening with your data. In the current version of Maps for Power BI, labels are unfortunately not supported. However, it is possible to add additional data to the Tooltips field-well so that when you hover over a location on your map, you will see additional information regarding your data. This is only possible when in authoring mode. Any data added from ArcGIS will revert to the supported format in Maps for Power BI. Below are a few screenshots demonstrating the upload process from Maps for Office-->ArcGIS Online--->Maps for Power BI. You will notice that the labels disappear on my map as well. Additional resources (section - Tooltips): https://docstg.arcgis.com/en/maps-for-powerbi/design/add-data-to-the-map.htm Please let me know if you have any other questions! -Anthony

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. I am a Product Engineer for the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI application here at Esri, and I wanted to get in touch to respond. I will need some more information regarding this issue, however, it seems that the problem might be because the map contains multiple layers. ArcGIS Maps for Power BI is limited in that it will only show items with a single layer. When you have a moment, please share the link to the map here so I can further investigate the issue. Thank you! -Anthony

Hello Jeremy and Richard, Thank you for reach out! My apologies for the lengthy delay between when this was posted and this response. I am a Product Engineer for the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI application here at Esri, and I wanted to get in touch to respond. We are currently researching this as others have made similar comments to the Living Atlas structure and where it generates the layers from and how ArcGIS Maps for Power BI interprets them. Once we have a bit more insight on these inquiries, I will respond back and let you both know. Thank you, Anthony

Hello Mark, Thank you for reaching out. I am a Product Engineer for the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI application here at Esri, and I wanted to get in touch to respond. Unfortunately, the limit is capped to 10 pins on the map. This is true even when using a Plus or Named User account. I have linked our documentation which mentions this limit. Please let us know if you have any other questions! Adding Pins Thank you, Anthony

Hello Oystein, Thank you for reaching out! I apologize for the long gap between this post and a response. I am a Product Engineer for the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI application here at Esri, and I wanted to get in touch to respond. I have attempted to reproduce this issue in the latest version of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI and I could not reproduce the problem. Based on the time this was posted we have had many fixes which may have addressed this issue. For reference, here is some documentation on Symbol Sizes and Classification processed in ArcGIS Maps for Power BI Symbol Size - Edit the Map Please reach out to us again if you need any further assistance!
