@AkshayHarshe thank you for your frequent updates on this issue, it was good to know ESRI was working on this from the start of the issue! I re-connected our connections after the rollback from 2026.2 to 2026.1, and they seemed to have been working fine over the weekend so hopefully we are good to go now!

Created a new copy of the flow and re-connected the ArcGIS Connector which seems to bring a new webhook in and the Settings page is showing webhooks now. Not sure what that was about but with all the changes going on wouldn't be surprised if it was related. Thanks @JamesWheaton4!

Too add on top of all these issues, is anyone else not seeing their Webhooks in the"Settings" page for a survey on the Survey123 website? The flow is active and has active connections to this survey but the Webhooks section seems to have disappeared all of a sudden and I can't update the webhook settings?

We are getting this error now. We have several public safety flows that are broken and need to be running. Can ESRI dedicate additional resources to this? Fetching data from www.arcgis.com failed. This is usually caused by an invalid authentication token that has expired. Please reauthenticate to continue. Error message: undefined 498: Invalid token. Upgrade

@AkshayHarshe our flows are not working again this morning and causing Authentication errors when running. This is with the ArcGIS Connection that was updated following the workaround instructions last week when things first broke. When I went to "re-connect" this time, it gave me a new notification/message that I hadn't seen before and after proceeding through that it re-connected and I was able to re-run it. I'm hoping this is the last and it doesn't lose connection again as we have several critical flows that keep breaking with Connector changes.

I had to update the connection on all actions that use the ArcGIS Connector but didn't have to do it for any dynamic content resulting from the connection. Updating the ArcGIS Connectors seemed to automatically update the dynamic content used by different actions without any problem. We did have several actions however within the same flows and had to make sure each one was updated.

Thankfully found this thread after trying to figure out why the "Reconnect/Switch Account" option wasn't available on the Connector this morning and we were getting "Unauthorized" errors on our flows. We did the fix listed by @AkshayHarshe for now though and it seems to work. Will be subscribing to this thread for any updates.

Hi All! Has anyone had issues with the "Create report" action in Microsoft Power Automate when working with a Survey since the recent AGOL update? We have had not problems for months until recently. It looks like we are getting "Unauthorized" and "BadGateway" errors. When we re-submit they go through fine. Thanks!

I seem to be still having this problem. Similar to what @AdminFC reported, when building the filter it seems to filter fine, but as soon as you click "Save" it goes away. I think it may have to be related to a UTC time issue with the "in the last" filter option. See the video below. Any help is appreciated!

@KimberlyK In Experience Builder, when you add a "List" widget you can add an attachment that is connected to the data to the list for each entry and then populate it in the image settings. Here is a screenshot. Let me know if that helps!

I am currently using the calculation below in Survey123 connect to reverse geocode and get the city from a geopoint question. When doing so, I notice it seems to use the local city name, instead of the city name in English. For example, when I put a point on Munich, Germany instead of Munich I get "München". Similarly for Rome I get "Roma".
