Hi, we are aware of the AWS outage that is happening today, Oct 20, 2025. We have been refreshing our apps and slowly but surely, things seem to be coming back to normal. But, when attempting to print a Survey123 report from the Survey123 website, we get error of HTTP: 503: UNKNOWN_ERROR
Is this reporting slowdown, or not being able to print at all in Survey123, related to the AWS outage? I understand there is a BUG-000178143 - Intermittent slow performance when generating Feature Reports from Survey123.arcgis.com
Is anyone else experiencing a not working reporting service today, Oct 20, 2025?

I am also experiencing this error in Survey123 Data tab, when trying to print a report I get the HTTP:503 Unknown error. I also have been getting this error when trying to access the quick reference from Manage Templates.
I have been completely unable to work in Story Maps all day, which I'm assuming can be attributed to the AWS outage. AGOL in general has been very slow to load today, and has been loading things weird when it does load them.

Yes. Been unable to generate any reports in Survey123 (Word or PDF) or create report templates. All return 503: UNKNOWN_ERROR
We cannot export any reports this afternoon.
This morning, I updated a template and exported out the report. The report came out using the old template. I downloaded the template, and it was certainly the updated copy. Crazy day.
Yes! I've been having the same problem as well. Every time anyone or myself try to generate a report we're meet with the same error: HTTP 503: UNKNOWN_ERROR. Hopefully, the issue is fixed soon.
We're seeing this at my organization as well. Multiple apps and surveys are having issues.
We have had issues over the past week again with intermittent report generation failing using Power Automate. We had another one fail this morning.
