In an attempt fix this, I've deleted the AGOL item causing the issue and have created a new one looking at the original dataset. Hopefully this will sort it.

I think I did change the service URL for that dataset. I've done that before and usually I unshare the dataset, change the URL and then share it again and re-index etc. Would it be better to avoid doing that and create a new item instead and then delete the old one?

Hi I'm setting up our version 2 Open Data site and I'm having an issue where a dataset is showing up twice in the datasets list. https://newversion-marlborough.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets?q=total%20control&sort=name Both results point at the same ArcGIS Online item https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=a56ff59d1f8645e188b052f0e96e3789 I've tried unsharing and resharing it again, and reindexing. I've worked out the cause. Its being caused by hardware acceleration in Chrome. If I disable that setting in Chrome under Advanced settings, the issue stops occuring. It might be specific to the graphics drivers we are using on the computers here (Intel HD Graphics 530) Thanks to those that responded to my original question.

So I tried it at home and it works fine, its only within our network at work that it seems to have this problem. I've also noticed it only happens when the browser window is maximised. If I take it out of maximise mode i don't get that issue, and only in Chrome! Anyone got any ideas??? What could I check?

Hi I have a problem in one of our story maps. This is the link https://marlborough.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=bcf43a62f5944909bfeef264d26c1621 The issue occurs in Chrome when scrolling in some tabs (e.g. the Kangaroo Grass or Chilean Needle Grass tabs) The info panel ends up looking like this This only happens in Chrome as far as I can tell. Anyone have any ideas why its doing this? Have tried Windows 7 and 10 and same on both. Chrome is the latest version. Tried Firefox and IE11 and both had no issues. Thanks

When you set a 'Home Location' in the Geopoint question in the web design form for Survey123, this does not come through to the Survey123 app. Instead you get a global map zoomed right out and the home location is ignored. Also using a custom basemap in the web design form does not go through to the app. Instead one of the default ESRI basemaps is selected. GeoNet Forum thread

Sure - its more that its stopping us from using the app. We can use the browser form as it supports the custom basemap but it doesn't load in the app. Instead we have to use one of the generic basemaps which doesn't have the necessary information on it (hence why I build a custom basemap with our own data). I'd like to be able to use the app as well as the browser form
