I am having the same issue. I'm also trying to use a custom basemap (not one of the default ones). Its working fine through the browser form but in the Survey123 app it reverts back to the default basemap and our custom one doesn't show up in the list of maps. Is this a known limitation as well?

I had the same problems as the original post after upgrading a 10.3 server to 10.5 Eventually resolved the problem by deleting all the records under Site > Data Stores and then re-adding them using database connection files created using ArcCatalog 10.5

Thanks that works. I edited the json using the AGO Assistant and changed it from the default print service to our one and that worked perfectly. Thanks heaps for your help. This seems like a bug in the Web App Builder configuration then if the print service does actually work ok

We do use our own layouts. Our print service is currently set to Asynchronous, which is not allowed anymore, according to this? Configure utility services—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS "You must specify the Export Web Map Task REST URL of the print service. Asynchronous print services are not supported." Do you know what the implications might be if I change it from asynchronous to synchronous? Will our existing applications using this print service still work? (they currently are working without any issues).

Hello I am having trouble configuring the Print widget in the WebApp Builder. I am putting my print service URL into the Service URL box and its coming up with a red box saying 'The URL is not a print task'. This exact same print service has worked many times previously and it has not changed and I have existing Web App Builder applications looking at that same print service and the printing is still working. This is the print service I'm trying to use Task: Export Web Map Does anyone have any ideas why this isn't recognizing?

Hi I have noticed that pop-ups are no longer working in a story map we have published. http://marlborough.maps.arcgis.com/apps/StorytellingSwipe/index.html?appid=21cf326bd4ce41769ada996a3e8df1e9# I have checked both webmaps that the story map uses and the pop-ups are working fine in both of them. I also checked the settings in the story map and pop-ups are enabled. Anyone have any ideas why its not working? It was working a few days ago, but might have stopped working since the upgrade overnight.

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on this. We want to roll out ArcGIS Pro to some users across our organisation. The users are not so skilled so we want to minimise the user interface to only have the tools they will need. I have no trouble customizing my own ribbon but what I want to do is then roll out those same ribbon settings over multiple machines without having to manually set up each separate computer. Does anyone know where the customise ribbon settings are stored? I'm hoping its stored in a file somewhere in the program files or in the users profile which can then be copied and pasted to override the default settings. Or is there some way of exporting your ribbon settings and importing them into another computer? Thanks

I would agree with the other commenters that it would be useful to be able to set the pop-up order, even if it makes the pop-up return slightly slower. That way users could decide if its worth the performance hit or not.

I'm trying to convert an existing map cache into a tile package to use in Collector offline. The reason I want to convert the cache instead of creating a new tile package is that the existing cache only has certain areas cached to low levels (due to availability of high resolution aerials there). This keeps the total size of the cache down but allows certain areas to be zoomed in to low levels. If I make a new tile package, it will cache everything to low level and the file size will be far too big.
