This is actually the main area for marine farming in NZ and the owner names is public info but i think i'll hide it in this map anyway as this is just an example to show this potential bug!

Hi I believe I've come across a bug which stops pop-ups working properly in story maps. The issue I've found is sometimes the pop-ups stop working for some reason and I believe this is the cause. Example map here So in the Moorings or Marine Farms tabs you can click on the marine farm or mooring point and get a pop up. If you leave the pop-up window open and pan the map so the pop-up disappears off the side of the screen, you then don't get the pop-up on any other features until you zoom in or out on the map. I've tried this in Chrome, Firefox and IE11 and get the same thing happening. I also get the pop-up stop working if I select a feature, close the pop up and then pan to another part of the map and try select another feature. The features are drawing from two map services, with pop-ups configured in an AGOL webmap. Data/Environment (MapServer) Data/Services (MapServer) If the data is added as a single layer from a map service e.g. in the Foreshore structure tab which comes from Layer: Foreshore Structure (Point) (ID: 20) then this issue doesn't occur. Its only when the whole map service is added to the map and popups configured on layers within the map service that this seems to happen. Thanks

This would be very useful for our organisation. We currently use the change layout button in ArcMap regularly. We can't really upgrade to ArcGIS Pro without this functionality. We also use custom layouts with our branding on them and users need to be able to easily access these.

Our main use of webhooks would probably be on public surveys so we'd be very keen to see this expanded to cover them as well

It would be useful to be able to save a partially completed form as 'favorite answers'. As an example, we have a form for building inspections after an earthquake/flood. The first part of the form is generally always the same for each user e.g. Name, ID, phone number etc. but the rest is variable. It would be good if the user could fill out the fields which remain the same, and then set these as the 'Favorite Answer'. Then complete the rest of the survey. Then in the next survey, paste in the favorite answers and only have the fields populate that were filled in at the time the favorite answers were saved in the previous survey. Currently, all the fields are pasted from the previous survey, even if they were filled out after setting the 'Favorite Answers'.

Doing a Control-F5 on the survey after it stalls in IE11 fixes the issue. If anyone would like a workaround for this issue, we found one. If you change the 'share' part of the URL to 'snare', an autorewrite that ESRI has to change it back to 'share' seeems to fix the problem with IE11 by forcing it to refresh. Its weird, but it works! https://survey123.arcgis.com/snare/0f176db4e941421e936cb8fca1bc0863

I did find a way around it, but it was the nuclear option.... I have my feature service running from ArcGIS Server and registered with ArcGIS Online as an item (not stored as a feature service in AGOL). Then loaded into the webmap from there. I basically deleted everything from AGOL and started again. So re-registered the feature service and recreated the webmap and the web app. This fixed it, the new field showed up after that. So I got around it, but I wasted an hour of my time. Definitely looks like a bug to me in the Edit widget in the Web App Builder.

I also have a survey that won't open in IE11. https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/20ad43a8d84642ca93b3ffda01f10da6 It works fine in Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari but not IE11?

Does anyone know if this has been fixed? I'm trying to do the same thing as the original poster but I'm running into the same problems. The bug still appears to exist. Anyone have any updates?

Just a small change, we're now using the version 2 open data site so the URL to see the duplicated datasets is now https://data-marlborough.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets?q=total%20control Still seeing the duplicate dataset. Thanks

In an attempt fix this, I've deleted the AGOL item causing the issue and have created a new one looking at the original dataset. Hopefully this will sort it.
