When you set a 'Home Location' in the Geopoint question in the web design form for Survey123, this does not come through to the Survey123 app. Instead you get a global map zoomed right out and the home location is ignored.
Also using a custom basemap in the web design form does not go through to the app. Instead one of the default ESRI basemaps is selected.
